      Important Updates to the Terms and Conditions of the Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Programme

      We have updated the terms and conditions of the Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Programme, effective on 25 July 2018 to remain current, fair and clear, as expressed in our brand promise to be Here for good.

      Please note that there are no changes to your entitlements under the Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Programme. The following sections have been revised for clarity purposes:
      1. Priority Banking Relationship Rewards;
      2. Preferred Banking Relationship Rewards;
      3. Personal Banking Relationship Rewards; and
      4. General Terms

      A. Eligibility Criteria for 360° Relationship Rewards
      1. Only the primary holder of a current account (whether in joint names or single name) with us can earn the 360° Relationship Rewards in the following Product Category sections:
      a. Mortgage Loans;
      b. Investments;
      c. Current and/or Savings Accounts;
      d. Fixed Deposits; and
      e. Online Banking transactions

      2. To qualify, you will need to meet the following conditions:

      a. For Private or Priority Banking customers,
      i. you are a principal cardholder of the Visa Infinite Card;
      ii. hold a current account with us;
      iii. you are a primary account holder of any of the products within the applicable Product Category; and
      iv. charge at least S$500 worth of retail transaction(s) to your Visa Infinite Card in a particular calendar month.

      b. For Preferred Banking customers,
      i. you are a principal cardholder of the Preferred World MasterCard credit card;
      ii. hold a Preferred line of credit or current account with us;
      iii. you are a primary account holder of any of the products within the applicable Product Category; and
      iv. charge at least S$250 worth of retail transaction(s) to your Preferred World MasterCard credit card in a particular calendar month.

      c. For Personal Banking customers,
      i. you are a principal cardholder of the Platinum Card;
      ii. hold a Salary Advance account or current account (except a current account that is linked to a Personal Credit account) with us;
      iii. you are a primary account holder of any of the products within the applicable Product Category; and
      iv. charge at least S$250 worth of retail transaction(s) to your Platinum Card in a particular calendar month.

      B. Calculation of Average Monthly Balance for Current and/or Savings Accounts
      For Current and/or Savings Accounts, balances in your overdraft account(s) will also be considered in the computation of the combined balance of such accounts.

      If you have an overdraft facility on any of your Current and/or Savings Accounts, the points awarded will be computed based on the sum of the balances in all your Current and/or Savings Accounts that do not have an outstanding overdraft facility, less the sum of the balance(s) in all your Current and/or Savings Accounts that have an outstanding overdraft facility.

      C. List of eligible Investments Products considered for 360° Relationship Rewards
      The eligible investments that are considered for 360° Relationship Rewards include Unit Trusts, Capital Structure Notes, Non-Capital Structure Notes, Bonds, Retail Bonds and certain Equity Linked Notes as determined by us.
