      Step 1 – Choose from the latest Apple products on SC Apple Rewards Store

      Step 2 – Complete your purchase with the same card you intend to redeem your points with. You will be charged the full amount for this purchase.

      Step 3 – You will receive a SMS from StanChart with a confirmation code for the redemption. Reply to the SMS with the confirmation code for the redemption. Reply to the SMS with the confirmation code for redemption of points.

      Step 4 – Upon receiving your confirmation code, the bank will debit the points on your credit card to offset against your purchase on the SC Apple Rewards Store. The equivalent amount in cash will be credited to your credit card account subsequently.

      Step 1 – See how much your trade-in is worth.

      Answer a few questions to get your estimated trade-in value to get an estimated trade-in value.

      Step 2 – Get your device ready to trade in.

      The service provider will send a confirmation email to you with instructions on how to back up your personal data and prepare your device before the courier arrives to pick it up from you if you choose for pick-up, or before you drop off your device at the service provider’s drop-off location if you choose for drop-off.

      Step 3 – Give to courier or verifier.

      If you choose pick-up, the service provider will arrange for a courier to pick up your trade-in device. The courier will inspect it and confirm your trade-in value on the spot.

      If you choose drop-off, a verifier at the drop-off location will inspect your trade-in device and confirm your trade-in value on the spot.

      Step 4 – Receive your trade-in value via bank transfer.

      Upon your acceptance of the final trade-in value, the service provider will transfer the agreed final trade-in value to the bank account designated by you.
