      MY EXPRESS CASH Withdrawal

      Customers can now save time with faster cash withdrawals – our new ‘MY EXPRESS CASH’ feature allows you to set a preferred account type, withdrawal amount and print option for quick cash withdrawals.

       

      How to register for MY EXPRESS CASH feature

      1. Visit any Standard Chartered ATM in Singapore.
      2. Enter your ATM PIN.
      3. Select “Set / Reset MY EXPRESS CASH” from the main menu screen.
      4. Choose your preferred account type, withdrawal amount and print option.

      Once you are done, you can withdraw your preset express cash amount with one swift touch from any Standard Chartered ATM.

      What is the “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature?

      “MY EXPRESS CASH” is a feature which allows you to preset a preferred cash amount for withdrawal at any Standard Chartered ATMs in Singapore. This is a much faster way to get cash instead of going through multiple menu options at the ATM.

       

      What is the benefit of “MY EXPRESS CASH”?

      With “MY EXPRESS CASH”, you will be able to save time when withdrawing your preferred cash amount from our ATMs. This withdrawal option will be immediately available after you have entered your Debit Card or ATM PIN.

       

      Which ATMs have the “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature is available?

      The “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature is available on all Standard Chartered ATMs in Singapore.

       

      Is “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature available to all customers?

      The “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature is available for all Standard Chartered debit / ATM cardholders.

       

      How do you register for “MY EXPRESS CASH”?

      You can register for the “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature by selecting the “Set / Reset MY EXPRESS CASH” option from the main menu of our ATM screen. If you have not registered for this feature before, you will be prompted to register by selecting “Yes”.  If you have already registered previously, but have just replaced your card with new card no., you will need to register the new card for this feature again.

       

      After registration how will “MY EXPRESS CASH” work?

      Once you have registered for the feature, the “MY EXPRESS CASH” option will appear on the main menu once the Debit Card or ATM PIN is entered. Selecting this option will dispense your preferred cash withdrawal amount from the ATM.

       

      Can you withdraw an amount other than “MY EXPRESS CASH” amount?

      Yes. You can withdraw other amounts as well from the main menu options.

       

      Can you reset your “MY EXPRESS CASH” amount?

      Yes. You can reset the amount using the “Set / Reset MY EXPRESS CASH” option under ‘Main Menu’.

       

      How many pre-set cash amounts can we set as part of the “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature?

      You can set only one preferred cash amount for withdrawal under the “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature.

       

      How many times can the customer reset his “MY EXPRESS CASH” amount?

      There is no restriction on the number of times you can reset your preferred withdrawal amount for “MY EXPRESS CASH”.

       

      Can I unregister my card from “MY EXPRESS CASH”?

      Once the cardholder has registered for the “MY EXPRESS CASH” option, the feature is permanently enabled. However, cardholders can choose not to use this feature and withdraw other amounts from the main menu options.

       

      Can ATM5 member using SCB ATM register for “MY EXPESS CASH”?

      “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature is only available for Standard Chartered Debit/ ATM cardholders using Standard Chartered ATMs in Singapore.

       

      Is “MY EXPRESS CASH” feature available at other ATM5 member machines for Standard Chartered clients?

      “MY EXPRESS CASH” is a feature offered by Standard Chartered which is only available at Standard Chartered ATMs in Singapore. Standard Chartered cardholders will need to check with other banks if their ATM5 machine offers a similar function.
