Removal of Lost or Stolen Debit or Credit Card Reporting at Branches and Contact Centre

Please be informed that with effect from 11 March 2020, the reporting of lost or stolen debit or credit cards will no longer be available at our Branches and Contact Centre. This should help reduce your wait time on the phone and in queues.
