What will happen to my Unlimited Cashback Credit Card on 5 December  2022?

With effect from 5 December  2022, the ‘Unlimited Cashback Credit Card’ will be renamed to ‘Simply Cash Credit Card’ with a refreshed card design.

If you are holding onto an existing ‘Unlimited Cashback Credit Card’ that has not expired then, you may continue to use your card till it is due for renewal.

If you sign up for our ‘Unlimited Cashback Credit Card’ from 5 December  2022 (inclusive) , or if your existing ‘Unlimited Cashback Credit Card’ is due for renewal or replacement from 5 December 2022 (inclusive), a refreshed ‘Simply Cash Credit Card’ will be sent to you in due course.

Rest assured there will be no changes to the benefits of the card. You can still earn 1.5% cashback on all your spends, with no minimum spend and no cap on cashback. You may refer to the benefits here.

My Unlimited Cashback Credit Card expiry date is in 2023 and beyond. Can I still use my current Unlimited Cashback Credit Card to enjoy the 1.5% cashback, with no minimum spend and no cashback cap? Will there be any changes to the card benefits after 5 December  2022?

Must I change my existing Unlimited Cashback Credit Card to the Simply Cash Credit Card after 5 December  2022 to enjoy the card proposition of 1.5% cashback?

Can I request for a new Simply Cash Credit Card if my Unlimited Cashback Credit Card is not due for renewal?

There was a NETS and ATM logo on my Unlimited Card previously, I do not see any NETS or ATM logo on my Simply Cash Credit Card now. Am I able to use my Simply Cash Credit Card as a NETS/ ATM Card?

Yes, you are still able to use your Simply Cash Credit Card for ATM/NETS transactions.

I am holding an Unlimited Cashback Credit Card but after adding the card to my mobile wallet (Eg. Apple Pay, Samsung, Google), I see a Simply Cash Credit Card design instead, what do I do?

Please be assured that your card number, expiry date and CVV remains the same. The change only impacts the renaming of card from ‘Unlimited Cashback Credit Card’ to ‘Simply Cash Credit Card’.

Due to the refresh, please select the ‘Simply Cash Credit Card’ if you wish to pay via your mobile wallet. For physical transactions, you may continue to use your physical ‘Unlimited Cashback Credit Card’ till it is up for renewal and continue to earn 1.5% cashback on your card with no minimum spend and no cashback cap.

I can’t seem to find my Unlimited Cashback Credit Card in my mobile wallet anymore, why is that so?

What are the changes to the card design? How does the Simply Cash Credit Card look like?

The refreshed Simply Cash Credit Card is printed on carbon neutral plastic, with the 16-digit card number and expiry date printed at the back of the card.

I have an Unlimited$aver Credit Card linked to my Unlimited$aver account. How does this impact me?
