Important Information

Single device login for SC Mobile

To enhance security, upcoming versions of SC Mobile (version 9.14.9 and above) can only be accessed on a single device that has a registered SC Mobile Key. When switching to another device, clients will need to transfer and re-register SC Mobile Key and SC Mobile Key on the old device will be invalid immediately.

Please note that updated versions of the app will be rolled out progressively.

FAQs

Can SC Mobile be accessed on multiple devices?

No. SC Mobile can only be access on a single device that has a registered SC Mobile Key.

Can SC Mobile be accessed on a new or different mobile device?

Yes. When switching to another device, clients will need to transfer and re-register SC Mobile Key on the new device. SC Mobile Key on the old device will be invalid immediately.

Will upcoming versions of SC Mobile affect the mobile device with SC Mobile Key installed?

No. Upcoming versions will not affect the mobile device or access to SC Mobile if SC Mobile Key has been registered on a single device. Clients can continue using SC Mobile on that device as usual.

Will SC Mobile be automatically updated to the latest version?

SC Mobile will be automatically updated to the latest version only if automatic updates are enabled. If automatic updates are disabled, clients will need to manually install updates through their device’s app store.
