- From now till 30 June 2026, receive up to S$1,000 in referral fees when you successfully refer a friend or family member to apply for a residential or commercial property loan under a personal name with Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited.
- Promotion ends 30 June 2026 and is not applicable to Business Clients and Commercial Clients. Customers are eligible to receive the referral fees only upon a successful referral when the following conditions are met: (a) The new customers referred to us and all co-applicants (if any) (“Referred Applicants”) submit their Loan application to us before 15 July 2026; are at least 21 years of age as at the date of their Loan application;(b) their Loan application is approved by us; (c) our Loan letter of offer is accepted by the Referred Applicants on or before 15 July 2026.
