Eligible customers will be able to redeem their ALL Accor+ Explorer membership codes via the SC Mobile App within seven (7) working days of the approval of their Beyond Credit Card or attaining a Priority Private relationship with the Bank.

1. What does the Accor Plus or ALL Accor+ Explorer membership entail?

Accor Plus is the most expansive travel, dining and lifestyle programme which enables members to do more across Asia Pacific.

Your Accor Plus membership includes an extensive range of benefits including 2 Stay Plus complimentary nights, accommodation and dining discounts of up to 50%, invitations to exclusive member events and experiences, Elite status in ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s global lifestyle loyalty programme, early access to Accor hotel sales, and more. 2. Who is eligible for this ALL Accor+ Explorer membership?

This service is exclusively for principal cardholders of the Beyond Credit Card with a Standard Chartered Priority Private relationship status.

3. How can I access my ALL Accor+ Explorer membership account? How do I start using my ALL Accor+ Explorer membership?

You will be able to redeem your membership code via the SC Mobile app within seven (7) working days of the approval of your Beyond Credit Card or attaining your Priority Private relationship status with Bank (whichever is later):

a. Login to your SC Mobile app. Go to Discover tab at the bottom and select Beyond Credit Card tile.

b. This is your Beyond Welcome Page; you can view all your card benefits and details here.

c. Scroll down to the Privileges Beyond exception section and tap on Travel.

d. Your All Accor+ Explorer membership code will be displayed here.

To start enjoying this exclusive privilege, use the redemption code to sign up for your membership account via the ALL Accor+ Explorer portal.

4. When will my ALL Accor+ Explorer membership take effect?

Your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership is effective as soon as you complete your membership registration. You will receive a welcome email from ALL Accor+ Explorer within seven (7) working days of your successful ALL Accor+ Explorer enrolment, where you will be provided with more information on how you can download your digital ALL Accor+ Explorer membership card and access your ALL Accor+ Explorer member benefits.

5. How long is the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership valid for?

You are entitled to a 12-month ALL Accor+ Explorer membership upon Beyond Credit Card account opening, subject to being an existing or qualified Standard Chartered Priority Private relationship status with the Bank.

6. What are the participating hotel brands in the ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership Programme?

From now until 30 September 2025:

10. Do all restaurants at Accor hotels offer member dining benefits?

ALL Accor+ Explorer member dining benefits are applicable at participating Accor hotel restaurants across Asia Pacific when a valid membership card is presented. ALL Accor+ Explorer member dining discounts may not apply to room service, mini-bars, meeting rooms, selections from kids’ menus or takeaways. 11. Can I still sign up for the complimentary ALL Accor+ Explorer membership if I have an existing ALL Accor+ Explorer membership?

Please use a different email address to sign up for your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership. Please note that membership benefits across multiple ALL Accor+ Explorer memberships cannot be stacked. 

12. Will I be able to register the same email address as my existing ALL Accor+ Explorer membership?

Unfortunately, each ALL Accor+ Explorer membership requires a unique email address; each email address cannot be used for more than one (1) membership.

13. Can my ALL Accor+ Explorer membership be shared with my family and friends?

No, the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership is strictly for the use of the principal cardholder of the Beyond Credit Card only and is non-transferable.

14. I am continuing my Priority Private banking relationship with Standard Chartered Bank. When will my ALL Accor+ Explorer membership be renewed?

Your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will be automatically renewed upon expiry. You will not need to take any further action to facilitate this.
