  1. This is for customers who have won the S$20 The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf eGift Card as part of The Standard Chartered Mastercard Spend and Get (Sep-Oct 2025) Promotion (“Promotion”) that is available from 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  1. This guide details the steps required to load your S$20 The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf eGift Card onto your CoffeeBean SG Rewards account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. To redeem your voucher, please follow these 6 steps in the mobile application:
  2. Download & Register: Download the official CoffeeBean SG Rewards App (available on the App Store or Google Play Store) and complete your registration as a member.
  3. Select Payment: On the main screen, select the purple “Payment” button.
  4. Manage Cards: Select the “Manage Cards” button.
  5. Add Card: Select the “Add Card” button at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Key in Details: Enter the 10-digit eGift Card Number and the 6-digit Passcode provided in your notification. (You may optionally give your eGIft card a nickname.)
  7. Confirmation: The new S$20 eGift Card should be successfully added and will appear under your “My Cards” section, ready for use.
  8. eGift Card Validity/Expiry: Valid till 20 November 2026

 

S$50 Harvey Norman Singapore eGift Card Redemption Guide

  1. This is for customers who have won the S$50 Harvey Norman Singapore eGift Card as part of The Standard Chartered Mastercard Spend and Get (Sep-Oct 2025) Promotion (“Promotion”) that is available from 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preparation: Ensure you have both your 16-digit eGift Card number, and the corresponding 6-digit PIN ready provided in your notification.
  2. Shopping: Add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page.
  3. Enter Codes: During the payment process, enter your 16-digit eGift Card number and 6-digit PIN into the designated fields.
  4. Apply Value: Click the “Apply” button to deduct the gift card’s value from your total order.
  5. Complete Payment: If the eGift Card value is less than the total purchase amount, you can pay the remaining balance using any other accepted payment method (e.g., credit card).
  6. eGift Card Validity/Expiry: Valid till 21 November 2026
