      Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited Business Banking Foreign Exchange (“FX”) Cashback Programme

      Terms and Conditions
      Eligibility

      1. This Business Banking FX Cashback Programme (the “Programme”) is available from 01 October 2018 to 31 March 2019 (“Campaign Period”) (both dates inclusive).
      2. The Programme is open to all Business entities that hold an active account or accounts with Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (“SCB” or “Bank”) (“Eligible Customers”). New-to-bank (“NTB”) Business entities must first successfully open a new SCB Business Banking account with SCB. By participating in this Programme, Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these terms.
      3. For the purpose of clause 2 above, “active account or accounts” means any SCB account or accounts that has/have not been suspended, cancelled or terminated for any reason.
      4. SCB will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Business entity qualifies or meets the criteria in clause 2 above and all decisions of SCB shall be final and binding in all respects.

      Participation

      1. To participate in this Programme:
        1. Eligible Customers must provide SCB with full and accurate particulars via an online form (“Leads Form”) at sc.com/sg/bb-sgrfx. To qualify for the Programme, the said Leads Form must be submitted to the Bank by 31 March 2019.
        2. Eligible Customers must not have performed any Foreign Exchange (“FX”) transaction with the Bank in the last 6 months prior to 01 October 2018 and between 01 October 2018 to the date of receipt by the bank of the Leads Form.
        3. Eligible Customers must perform accumulated Spot FX transactions of SGD30,000 or more within the Campaign Period via either the Bank’s online platform or the Bank’s Treasury Services before 31 May 2019.
        4. NTB Eligible Customers must first successfully open a new SCB Business Banking account with SCB.
      2. A NTB client is defined as an entity that starts a relationship with the Bank during the Promotion Period.

      Reward(s)

      1. Each Eligible Customer shall receive SGD30 in credit (“Credits”) for every incremental SGD30,000 Spot FX transaction performed within the Campaign Period via either the Bank’s online platform or the Bank’s Treasury Services.

      1. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to a maximum of SGD150 Credits.

      General

      1. The Promotion is only valid with the Business Banking FX Member-Get-Member Programme, and is not valid with any other offers, privileges or promotions.
      2. We may vary, modify, add, delete or otherwise revise any of the terms and conditions governing the Promotion or to terminate, withdraw, extend or shorten the Promotion at any time at the Bank’s sole discretion, with or without prior notice or reason. You understand and agree to be bound by any such variation.
      3. We reserve the right to determine at our sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or about the Promotion, including your eligibility for the Credit(s) and/or Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
      4. The SCB FX Cashback Programme Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our existing terms and conditions governing the relevant Business Banking products and services referred to in this Programme, the General Business Banking Terms and Conditions and relevant Country Supplements (the “Other Terms”). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
      5. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of the terms and conditions.
      6. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

      Deposit Insurance Scheme
      Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$75,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
