Our clients include individuals and small businesses, and we support them with a range of traditional banking services, including investment, credit and wealth planning solutions.
Our digital services are designed to provide our clients with unique and superior experiences. We offer career opportunities for relationship managers, customer service specialists, product and segment management, sales and wealth planning.
We’re one of the top 3 largest wealth managers in Asia, based on assets under management (AUM), and are growing further to expand our coverage.
Our CPBB business area accounts for around more than 25% of the banks total headcount.
Our team are equipped with technology to support them in their role. This includes a Personalised Investment Ideas tool to generate an idea portfolio aligned to a customer’s risk profile, and the My RM platform, that enables clients to interact with their relationship managers via mobile banking apps.
We develop innovative client solutions by leveraging a client-centric approach, adopting and embracing agile ways of working to effectively and efficiently adapt to the ever-evolving client needs.

They use their local knowledge and global reach, to recommend personalised solutions and keeping ahead of industry-leading sources and debates. They balance out cognitive biases and provide insights that help our clients make better investment decisions. And they use innovative technology that provides time-saving, personalised investment solutions our clients can access anytime, anywhere. Our approach helps clients to navigate financial markets and make the most of their investments.
We help our affluent clients to grow, manage and protect their money. We build loyalty and trust through providing personalised, bias-free wealth advice, and an easy, digitally driven client experience.
We have two teams to support our affluent clients:
Private Banking team
Our network of private bankers support our high-net-worth clients to manage, grow and protect their wealth. Our team of advisors and specialists connect our customers with unparalleled opportunities across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Priority Banking team
Our team provide holistic wealth management services. They help our clients to invest, protect their wealth and make cash transactions. As a Priority Banking client, they’re provided with a dedicated relationship manager and access to our 24-hour Priority Contact team.
As we expand our offers, we aim to build strong foundations in data analytics, machine learning, and digital platforms with algorithmic and advanced modelling.
We provide our business operations with capabilities including personalisation and contextualisation engines, sentiment analysis and behavioural analysis, recommendation systems and decision-making systems, in order to provide best-in-class client engagement, products and services, and digital content creation. We do this by working in partnership with our Technology business, to create solutions that are fit for purpose and put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
