Meet the author
Based in Hong Kong, Deniz is responsible for building a smart bank focusing on financial inclusion, and fostering new partnerships with fintechs and start-ups to build a digital ecosystem. He joined us in 2017 to work on optimising client journeys and our digital channels. Deniz has extensive experience in digital banking – he last served in a senior position at Garanti Bank in Turkey. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in New Media and Communications and an MBA from Bilgi University in Turkey.
