Step 2: Instantly register using your ATM, Debit Card, Credit Card or Phone Banking credentials

Your eStatements and eAdvices will also be sent to your latest email address registered with us. If you have recently changed your email address and/or mobile number, you may update your particulars via Online Banking or call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at +65 6747 7000 (Personal Banking) or +65 6846 8000 (Priority Banking) to update your particulars.

If you wish to continue to receive paper statements

Please note that with effect from 1 January 2021, a $2 Paper Statement Fee* will apply if you opt to receive paper statements. To opt for paper statements, you can modify the statement delivery mode for your eStatements and eAdvices via Online Banking or Mobile Banking anytime.

*This fee is not applicable to Priority Banking clients as well as clients below 18 years old or above 65 years old.
