      Important Information

      Changes in Late Payment Charge – Effective 1 January 2021

      With effect from 1 January 2021 (inclusive of this date), please note that our late payment charges will be revised as below:

      Late payment charges (if the minimum payment due or the minimum payment, as the case may be, as indicated on your statement, is not received by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (the “Bank”) by the due date) $80 $100

       

      This applies to all Standard Chartered Credit Card, CashOne, Credit Card Instalment Loan, Dash Advance Personal Loan, ezyCash, Debt Consolidation Facility, and Credit Card Funds Transfer account(s). Please ensure that the minimum payment due or minimum payment, as the case may be, as indicated on your statement, is received by the bank by the due date to avoid these late payment charges.

      You may revisit our Pricing Guide, Credit Card Terms and Personal Loan/Personal Line of Credit/Overdraft Terms that will be updated from 1 January 2021 (inclusive of this date) to reflect the changes above.

      Further details are set out below.

      Page 16 and 22 of the Pricing Guide will be revised such that it will read as follows:

       

      Page 16 A late payment charge of S$80 will be charged if the minimum payment due, as indicated on your statement, is not received by us by the due date (“CC Late Payment Charge”). For the avoidance of doubt, this CC Late Payment Charge also applies to Credit Card Funds Transfer accounts.

      This CC Late Payment Charge will be revised, with effect from 1 January 2021 (inclusive of this date), such that S$100 will be charged if the minimum payment due, as indicated on your statement, is not received by us by the due date.

      Page 22 A late payment charge of S$80 will be charged if the minimum payment for your CashOne, Credit Card Instalment Loan, Dash Advance Personal Loan, ezyCash or Debt Consolidation Facility, as the case may be, as indicated on your statement, is not received by us by the due date (“PL Late Payment Charge”). For the avoidance of doubt, this would also apply to Credit Card Funds Transfer accounts.

      This PL Late Payment Charge will be revised, with effect from 1 January 2021 (inclusive of this date), such that S$100 will be charged if the minimum payment for your CashOne, Credit Card Instalment Loan, Dash Advance Personal Loan, ezyCash or Debt Consolidation Facility, as the case may be, as indicated on your statement, is not received by us by the due date.

       

      Clause 45.1 of the Credit Card Terms will be revised such that it will read as follows:

      If we do not receive the minimum payment for your Credit Card Instalment Loan as indicated on your statement by the due date, a late payment charge of S$100 will be charged to your Credit Card Instalment Loan account if minimum payment is not received by the due date.

      Clauses 19.1, 34.1, 47.1 and 91.1 of the Personal Loan/Personal Line of Credit/Overdraft Terms will be revised, such that these clauses will read as follows:

       

      19.1 If we do not receive the minimum payment for your CashOne as indicated on your statement by the due date, a late payment charge of S$100 will be charged to your CashOne account.
      34.1 If we do not receive the minimum payment for your ezyCash as indicated on your statement by the due date, a late payment charge of S$100 will be charged to your ezyCash account.
      47.1 If we do not receive the minimum payment for your Dash Advance Personal Loan as indicated on your statement by the due date, a late payment charge of S$80 will be charged to your Dash Advance

      Personal Loan account.

      91.1 If we do not receive the minimum payment for your Debt Consolidation Loan Account as indicated on your statement by the due date, a late payment charge of S$80 will be charged to your Debt Consolidation Loan Account
