      Important Notice to your Prudential Platinum Credit Card

      Please note that from 9 September 2019 (inclusive), the Product Terms for the Prudential Platinum Credit Card (such card to be referred to as “Card”) will be revised.

      All new Cards issued, replaced or renewed from 9 September 2019 onwards will also have a refreshed look.

      The Card benefits on the 360° Rewards Points earned for spends on your Card will change. The new Card benefits will allow you to earn additional 4 360° Rewards Points per S$1 spent in local currency on Qualifying Dining Transactions, and additional 9 360° Rewards Points per S$1 spent in foreign currency on Qualifying Foreign Currency Transactions. Such additional 360°Rewards Points are subject to a cap of 20,000 360° Rewards Points per year.

      SUMMARY OF REVISED CARD BENEFITS

      Q1 Do I need to make a minimum spend amount to qualify for the new additional 360° Rewards Points under the Prudential Card Rewards Points Promotion (“Promotion”)?

      No, you are not required to make any minimum spend amount to qualify for the new additional 360° Rewards Points under the Promotion.

      Q2 How does the Rewards Cap of 20,000 360° Rewards Points work? Is it based on calendar year?

      The Rewards cap of 20,000 360° Rewards Points is only applicable to the additional 360° Rewards Points awarded on Qualifying Dining Transactions and Qualifying Foreign Currency Transactions. The additional 360° Rewards Points are on top of the one 360° Reward Point for every S$1 (or its equivalent for spends that are not made in Singapore Dollars, where relevant) spent with the Prudential Platinum Card.

      The additional 360° Rewards Points are as follows:

      1. additional four 360° Reward Points for every S$1 spent in local currency on Qualifying Dining Transactions; and
      2. additional nine 360° Reward Points for every S$1 spent on foreign currency (spends that are not made in Singapore Dollars) on Qualifying Foreign Currency Transactions.

      Q3 Is the Rewards Cap based on calendar year?

      The Rewards Cap of 20,000 360° Rewards Points applies to a full year from the approval date of your Prudential Platinum Credit Card and will be reset every anniversary of the approval date.

      Q4 Can I earn more than 20,000 Rewards Points on my Prudential Platinum Credit Card?

      Yes. The Rewards Cap of 20,000 360° Rewards Points only applies to the additional 360° Rewards Points awarded on Qualifying Dining Transactions and Qualifying Foreign Currency transactions. Once you reach the cap, you may continue to earn 1 360° Reward Point per S$1 (or its equivalent for spends that are not made in Singapore Dollars, where relevant) spent on the card on all eligible Prudential Card Transactions

      .Q5 I noticed that there is a change in card design for Prudential Platinum Credit Card. Can I continue to use my existing card?

      Yes, you can continue using your existing card. A new card will only be sent to you upon expiry of your existing card or when you request for a new card replacement prior to your card expiry from 9 September 2019 onwards.

      Q6 I noticed that there is a change in card design for Prudential Platinum Credit Card. Will I enjoy the new card benefits if I am holding on to the old card?

      Yes, the revised card benefits will automatically apply to transactions posted from 9 September 2019 onwards, whether you are holding on to the old card or the new card.
