      As part of our continual efforts to protect and save the environment, we are pleased to inform you that we now accept email instructions for various services.

      Further, as we will be transitioning to digital channels for your greater convenience, please note that we will no longer accept fax instructions from 1 January 2018 for all services which we currently accept fax instructions for.

      We have enabled a wide range of services to be made available via email instructions.
