Michelin-starred Dining Experience Terms and Conditions

  1. This is for customers who have won the Michelin-starred dining experience at Iggy’s as part of the Million Reasons to be Happier promotion that is available from 1 November 2025 – 28 February 2026.
  2. The dining experience is valid for dinner between 15 March to 15 May 2026 (Redemption Period).
    1. Seat allocation will be distributed between 15 March to 15 May 2026.
    2. Redemption reservations can be made from 2 March to 15 March 2026. A link will be shared with customers who are eligible to make the reservation directly.
    3. Any redemption reservations not redeemed within the Redemption Period will be forfeited.
  3. Once redemption reservation has been made, there is strictly no cancellations and no amendment/rescheduling of sessions.
  4. Dinner menu may be subjected to changes without prior notice. Any dietary restrictions must be highlighted during booking. While Iggy’s will do their best to accommodate dietary requirements, there is no guarantee all requests can be met.
  1. Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond the dinner menu will be charged by Iggy’s directly to cardmembers and full payment must be made using a SC Credit Card at the end of the meal.

Flight tickets Terms and Conditions

  1. This is for customers who have won the flight tickets as part of the Million Reasons to be Happier promotion that is available from 1 November 2025 – 28 February 2026.
  2. Customer eligible for this prize will be notified via a push notification through the SC Mobile App and/or electronic direct mailer from the Bank.
  3. Valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights in the designated Economy class (W class) only.
  4. The use of the air tickets will always be subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance.
  5. Both passengers must travel together on the entire itinerary. The winner must be one of the passengers.
  6. Ticket cannot be transferred to another person nor rerouted to other destinations; open-dated ticket, open-jaw travel, and en-route stopovers are not permitted.
  7. All fare conditions of the respective ticket redeemed remains applicable. Name change is strictly not allowed.

  9. Ticket has no cash value and does not include all applicable taxes such as excess baggage charges, insurance charges and surcharges.
  10. An administration fee of S$50 per ticket will be payable to Singapore Airlines Limited for any changes, subject to the ticket’s conditions, on top of the airline’s implemented fees.
  11. Ticket is non-refundable.
  12. Winner shall be responsible to ensure that he or she has all necessary visa and any other travel approval(s).
  13. Kindly be informed that by proceeding to claim the Prize, you have given the explicit consent for the collection, use, disclosure or otherwise processing of your personal data by Singapore Airlines Limited, which is solely for the purpose of fulfilment of the air tickets.   14. Tickets must be redeemed within 6 months from date of prize letter. Strictly no extensions to redemption deadline. Unredeemed prize will be forfeited.
