      Standard Chartered Anytime Cash Programme Terms and Conditions

      1. This Standard Chartered Anytime Cash Programme (“SC Anytime Cash”) is exclusive to cardholders of credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (the “Bank”) (each such card shall be known as a “Card” and each such cardholder shall be known as an “Eligible Cardholder”) who has received (i) an electronic direct mailer; (ii) an SMS (iii) a push notification or a banner from the Bank’s SC Mobile application; and/or (iv) a call from the Bank’s Telesales Channels (as defined in clause 9 below) from the Bank about this Programme (each a “Communication”). For the purposes of the SC Anytime Cash, each Eligible Cardholder who receives a Communication shall be known as a “Cardholder” and collectively such Eligible Cardholders shall be known as “Cardholders”).
      2. In order to participate in the SC Anytime Cash, a Cardholder must apply for the SC Anytime Cash through the Bank’s Telesales Channels (as defined in clause 9 below) or submit the online application form for the SC Anytime Cash which is made available to him/her through a URL in a Communication that is sent from the Bank (“Application”) and acknowledge that he/she has read and understood and agrees to be bound by these SC Anytime Cash Terms and Conditions which can also be accessed via the Application or from the Bank’s website.
      3. 3-5 business days from the time a Cardholder submits an Application is required for the amount to be transferred via Anytime Cash, which is stated on the Application (“SC Anytime Cash Amount”), to be credited to the beneficiary bank account that is stated on the Application. To the extent permissible by law, the Bank will not be liable for any delays in the crediting of the SC Anytime Cash Amount to the beneficiary bank account that is stated on the Application arising from or in connection with SC Anytime Cash.
      4. The Cardholder is required to provide in the Application, information relating to the intended beneficiary of the SC Anytime Cash Amount, including but not limited to the beneficiary’s name and the beneficiary’s bank account number (collectively, the “SC Anytime Cash Beneficiary Details”). The Bank will use the SC Anytime Cash Beneficiary Details in the Application to process the SC Anytime Cash Application, and to credit the SC Anytime Cash Amount (as defined in Clause 6) to the intended beneficiary which is stated in the Application (such beneficiary to be referred to as the “SC Anytime Cash Beneficiary”).
      5. Any failure in providing correct SC Anytime Cash Beneficiary Details in the Application may result in the SC Anytime Cash Amount being credited to an incorrect bank account. The Bank is not obliged to verify and does not verify the SC Anytime Cash Beneficiary’s details provided by the Cardholder in the Application. The Bank is not obliged to assist Cardholders in any disputes arising from or related to (whether directly or indirectly) any incorrect SC Anytime Cash beneficiary Details being provided by the Cardholder and the Bank shall not be liable for such payments made to an incorrect SC Anytime Cash Beneficiary or for the recovery of the same.
      6. The Cardholder is also required to state the card number of his/her Card, which is to be charged with the SC Anytime Cash Amount, on the Application (such a Card shall be known as the “SC Anytime Cash Card”). By applying for SC Anytime Cash, the Cardholder authorises the Bank to charge the SC Anytime Cash Amount to the Cardholder’s SC Anytime Cash Card and to credit the SC Beneficiary’s bank account as provided by the Cardholder in the Application.
      7. A one-time non-refundable processing fee (“SC Anytime Cash Fee”) will be charged to the Cardholder’s Card account together with the SC Anytime Cash Amount. Once submitted, an Application cannot be cancelled and the outcome will be notified to the client via SMS on the outcome of the Application. Any waiver of the SC Anytime Cash Fee will be at the sole discretion of the Bank.
      8. The SC Anytime Cash Fee is not a fixed amount and may be changed at any given time at the Bank’s discretion. The SC Anytime Cash fee for successful Applications can be viewed in the Cardholder’s SC Anytime Cash Card account statement and in the SC Anytime Cash Card account in Online and Mobile banking account.
      9. The SC Anytime Cash is applicable to Cardholders who has received a telemarketing call from the Bank’s Telesales channels (“Telesales Channels”) on their Bank Registered Mobile Number about SC Anytime Cash. (“Bank Registered Mobile Number”) refers to the telephone number or mobile phone number which the Bank has on file for the Cardholder.
      10. By applying for SC Anytime Cash, Cardholders consent to the Bank reducing the available credit limit for the Card by the total sum of the SC Anytime Cash Amount and SC Anytime Cash Fee prior to the posting of the SC Anytime Cash Amount and SC Anytime Cash Fee transactions to the Qualified Cardholder’s Card account.
      11. The SC Anytime Cash Amount and SC Anytime Cash Fee will be reflected as separate charges in the Qualified Cardholder’s Card account statement.
      12. Once submitted, an Application cannot be cancelled and the outcome of the Application will be notified to the Cardholder via email.
      13. A full waiver of SC Anytime Cash Fee is only applicable for SC Anytime Cash Amount that has been converted into instalments within the same SC Anytime Cash Application. SC Anytime Cash Fee will not be waived for SC Anytime Cash Amount that is converted into instalments after the SC Anytime Cash Application is approved and the SC Anytime Cash Amount is posted to the Cardholder’s SC Anytime Cash Card.
      14. In the event that the Cardholder is eligible for a full or partial fee waiver of the SC Anytime Cash Fee, the waiver will be posted into the Cardholder’s SC Anytime Cash Card account within 60 working days from the date of Application.
      15. For the avoidance of doubt, all applicable fees and charges as stated in the Credit Card Terms will continue to apply.
      16. The Bank may choose not to process the Application at its sole and absolute discretion, and the Bank shall not be obliged to provide any reason to the Cardholder.
      17. In addition, the Bank will not be liable for any failure, incorrect transfer, or delay in the transfer of the SC Anytime Cash Amount to the SC Anytime Cash beneficiary for any reason, including but not limited to any of the following reasons: a. Delays in transmission of information for processing the Application on; b. Incorrect transfer due to incorrect SC Anytime Cash Beneficiary Details provided by the Cardholder; c. Lost/Stolen Card; d. Terminated Card or bank account; or e. Insufficient available credit limit in the Cardholder’s Card account.
      18. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any clause to the contrary in the Credit Card Terms, 360° Rewards Points cannot be earned and no cashback will be awarded for all transactions made via SC Anytime Cash. Notwithstanding any clause to the contrary in the Bonus$aver Product Terms, in the case of Bonus$aver credit cards, all transactions made via SC Anytime Cash will not be considered as qualifying retail transactions for the purposes of determining whether the Bonus$aver category of minimum card spend to earn bonus interest has been fulfilled in a particular calendar month in accordance with the Bonus$aver Product Terms.

      General

      1. The Bank may vary, modify, add, delete or otherwise revise any of the terms and conditions governing the SC Anytime Cash and/or terminate, withdraw, extend, suspend, or shorten the SC Anytime Cash at any time at the Bank’s sole discretion, with or without prior notice or reason.
      2. All personal data collected by the Bank will be processed for the purpose of processing the requested SC Anytime Cash and in accordance with the Bank’s Privacy Statement, available at www.sc.com/sg/privacy.
      3. The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of the transactions by any party including but not limited to Mastercard/Visa acquiring merchants, merchant establishments, any telecommunication provider, any internet service provider or website. In the event of any dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding. The Bank reserves the right to reject your Application for any reason whatsoever.
      4. The Bank is not an agent of any merchant or service provider or vice versa.
      5. The Bank accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by any merchant or service provider. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the merchant or service provider. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
      6. The Bank reserves the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the SC Anytime Cash, including your eligibility for the SC Anytime Cash. Unless otherwise stated, this SC Anytime Cash is not valid with other offers, discounts, rebates or privileges. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this SC Anytime Cash shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
      7. Except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Bank, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank and members of the Bank’s group shall have no liability in respect of, and will be indemnified from and against, any liability, loss, claim, damage or costs of any kind (including legal costs) to any person or entity, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, which arises due to and/or is in connection with and/or is related to the SC Anytime Cash.
      8. A person who is not a party to these SC Anytime Cash Payment Programme Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these SC Anytime Cash Payment Programme Terms and Conditions .
      9. These SC Anytime Cash Payment Programme Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Bank’s Customer Terms, the Credit Card Terms, the Bonus$aver Product Terms, and any other product terms that may be applicable in conjunction with the SC Anytime Cash (collectively, the “Other Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these SC Anytime Cash Payment Programme Terms and Conditions and the Other Terms, these SC Anytime Cash Payment Programme Terms and Conditions prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
      10. These SC Anytime Cash Payment Programme Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these SC Anytime Cash Payment Programme Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and are to be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Cardholders agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

      Deposit Insurance Scheme

      Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$75,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits a nd other investment products are not insured.
