In some cases, a requirement for medical examination to complete the particular Life Insurance application may no longer apply. However, if you are required to undergo a medical examination, please be guided on the following:

  • To comply with the above guideline, Zurich’s dedicated medical staff are available for appointments at designated clinics.

    Global Choice Futura Monthly USD 750
    International Term Assurance Monthly USD 200
    International Term Assurance Annual USD 2,400
    • For a Quarterly premium of USD 2,400, 2nd month’s equivalent premium of USD 800 will be credited to the customer’s account post the free look period (Formula would be USD 2,400/3 = USD 800).
    • For a Semi-Annual premium of USD 6,000, 2nd month’s equivalent premium of USD 1,000 will be credited to the customer’s account post the free look period (Formula would be USD 6,000/6 = USD 1000)
    • For an Annual premium of USD 24,000, 2nd month’s equivalent premium of USD 2,000 will be credited to the customer’s account post the free look period (Formula would be USD 24,000/12 = USD 2,000
