Priority Private Online Equity Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is exclusively for Priority Private Clients of Standard Chartered Bank UAE.

2. This offer is for Online Equity Trading Transactions placed from 25 April 2024 until 31 December 2024.

3. The 00% Brokerage fee offer applies on buy and sell Online Equity Trading transactions.

4. USD 5,000,000 is calculated based on the total buy and sell transactions done during the offer period mentioned in point #2, (or its foreign currency equivalent, FX rate will be applied).

5. For Joint Accountholders, only one account holder nominated as the main account holder shall be eligible for this offer in accordance with the terms and conditions.

6. The Priority Banking Brokerage fee of 0.20% and minimum brokerage amount applies on Online Equity Trading transactions above the USD 5,000,000 transaction threshold.

7. The above Brokerage Fee offering is exclusive to Priority Private Clients only. The fee schedule/charges for the other segments can be found on the website.

8. Eligible Clients remain liable for the payment of any transactional fee which is payable to any third party, including, but are not limited to, any tax or stamp duty, transaction levy, exchange fee, clearing fee, or market fee, that may be imposed to the Eligible Client.

9. The Bank’s decisions relating to this offer are final and binding upon all participants. If any matters, disputes or claims arise which are not covered in these terms and conditions, they will be determined solely by the Bank.
