Standard Chartered Manhattan Credit Card Rewards Campaign

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This Offer is applicable only to selected Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum credit Cardholders (the “Cardholders”) who have been contacted by Standard Chartered Bank (the “Bank”) through SMS, eMail, Letter, Online Banking or Tele-calling.
  2. The Offer is valid from 15 April to 15 July, 2018 (both dates inclusive).
  3. The eligible Cardholders will receive accelerated Rewards Points as communicated by the Bank on the below retail spend transactions:
    1. Online Spends;
    2. International Spends (any non-AED international transactions); and
    3. Retail Spends through Apple Pay and Samsung Pay carried out with Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum credit card.
  4. There is no minimum spend requirement or subscription fee to be eligible to qualify for this accelerated Rewards Points.
  5. There are no caps on the maximum amount of Reward Points that can be earned on the eligible spend categories.
  6. The following transactions are excluded from the eligible spends criteria: ATM/CDM cash withdrawals, Balance Transfers, Fixed Payment Plans and Smart Payment Plans.
  7. To register for this Offer the Cardholders must send an SMS to 3993 stating ‘Reward’ from his/her mobile number registered with the Bank from 15 April to 15 June, 2018. (SMS registration from a non-registered number or from the Supplementary Cardholder’s Mobile will not be valid).
  8. Eligible spend transaction made on the Primary as well as Supplementary Manhattan Platinum credit cards will be included in the calculation of the eligible Rewards Points.
  9. Monthly credit of Rewards Points will happen every 30 days from the campaign start date.
  10. The Bank will attempt to notify eligible customers on the total number of accumulated Rewards Points that will be credited during the campaign period.
  11. To the extent of any inconsistency between this campaign terms and the Bank’s Client Terms and Credit Card Terms, the Bank’s Client Terms and Credit Card Terms shall prevail.
  12. Cardholders who have cancelled or terminated the credit card for any reason at the time of computation of the eligibility of this campaign, will not be eligible for the Rewards Points.
  13. If the credit card is overdue, blocked or suspended for any reason whatsoever, then the Rewards Points shall stand forfeited but may be reinstated, at the sole discretion of the Bank.
  14. The Bank’s decision on computation and forfeiting of the Rewards Points will be final, conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
