Cessation of Service Requests through Branches and Call Centre from 30 Jan 2019 (Inclusive)

With recent enhancements made on our digital banking channel to provide a seamless banking experience, you are now able to request for a variety of services on your Standard Chartered Mobile app and Online Banking.

Please note that with these service enhancements in place, the following services will not be available via our Branch tellers and Call Centre phone banking executives from 30 January 2019 (inclusive). This change will allow us to reduce your waiting time and serve your needs more effectively.

These services are accessible on your Standard Chartered Mobile app, Online Banking, and Branch Digital Kiosks which are available at selected branches#.
