Changes to transaction and activity notification service

Dear Clients,

Since early 2021, we have been phasing out SMS notification and have moved towards email and/or secure push notifications via SC Mobile for all account and credit card transaction alerts.

From 11 September 2022, please note that FAST and PayNow transaction alerts, service request and feature registration notifications will also be progressively sent via email and/or push notification only.

To ensure that you continue to receive notifications for activities and transactions made on your Standard Chartered accounts, please ensure that your email address and mobile number registered with the Bank are valid and updated. You may refer to a step-by-step guide on how to update your personal details with us here. To receive secure push notifications, enable ‘Inbox Notifications’ by tapping on Settings on your SC Mobile app.
