From July/August 2017, eAdvices will be available for selected paper notices and clients who are already subscribed to eStatements will automatically receive eAdvices in place of paper notices.

Benefits of switching to eAdvices

  • Access your eAdvices via email or Online Banking at your convenience anytime, anywhere
  • View up to last 6 months of your eAdvices online
  • You will receive an email notification when your eAdvice is ready and/or available for viewing on Online Banking
  • Your eAdvice sent to your email is password protected to provide security (only applicable to customers enrolled for this mode of delivery)

Automated enrolment, for your convenience

We appreciate your support in going green. If you have already subscribed for eStatements, you will be automatically enrolled for eAdvices and no action is required from you.

Your eAdvices will be sent to your latest email address registered with us. If you have recently changed your email address, simply login to Online Banking and follow the steps below or call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at 1800 747 7000 to update your particulars.

Step 1: Visit sc.com/sg
Step 2: Login to Online Banking
Step 3: Mouse over your name profile located on the top navigation menu
Step 4: Select “Change Phone Numbers & Email”
Step 5: Click on “Submit” after you have updated your details
