Important changes to eStatement and eAdvice

For improved security, eStatement and eAdvice will no longer be sent as PDF attachments. Going forward, customers are advised to login to SC Mobile App or Online Banking to view or download eStatements and eAdvices.

Impacted customers will be notified via email regarding the date that this change takes effect.
*This will take effect on customers’ accounts between Oct 2021 to Jan 2022, but dates may differ for different customers.

 

What are the benefits of accessing my eStatement / eAdvice online?

  • Secure access of eStatement / eAdvice by logging in with your unique fingerprint or FaceID. No worries about forgetting your eStatement password anymore.
  • View or download up to 18 months of your eStatement and up to 6 months of eAdvice.
  • Better protection of your personal information against compromised email or files.

 

I don’t have online banking access yet. How do I register?

  1. Download SC Mobile App from the App Store
  2. Register using your ATM/Debit/Credit Card, or Temporary ID
  3. You may now login to SC Mobile App or SC Online Banking to view your eStatements, as well as access Transfers & PaymentService Requests, Budget Management via SC Money Manager, consolidated view of your bank accounts via SGFinDex, and other convenient features.

 

How do I know when my eStatement / eAdvice is ready for viewing?

You will continue to receive email notification when your eStatement / eAdvice is ready for viewing.

 

How do I access my eStatement online?

  1. Log in to SC Mobile App or SC Online Banking
  2. Select ‘eStatement’ from the navigation menu
  3. Download or view your eStatements

 

I forgot my online banking password. How do I reset it?

  1. Select Forgot Password on SC Mobile App or SC Online Banking
  2. Enter ATM/Debit/Credit Card number and PIN
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
  4. Enter your new secure password

You can now log in to SC Mobile App or SC Online Banking with your new password to view your eStatements, as well as access Transfers & PaymentService Requests, Budget Management via SC Money Manager, consolidated view of your bank accounts via SGFinDex, and other convenient features.
