For improved security, eStatement and eAdvice will no longer be sent as PDF attachments. Going forward, customers are advised to login to SC Mobile App or Online Banking to view or download eStatements and eAdvices.
Impacted customers will be notified via email regarding the date that this change takes effect. *This will take effect on customers’ accounts between Oct 2021 to Jan 2022, but dates may differ for different customers.
