The rustic Kranji Marshes, home to over 250 species of birds, butterflies and dragonflies, showcase the biodiversity of Singapore’s freshwater marshland. Besides offering visitors a wide swathe of nature to luxuriate in, it also has interesting structures to explore, such as the 10.65m-tall Raptor Tower and its panoramic view of the surroundings, and Kingfisher Burrow arch that is a good location for photographs. Don’t forget to pack a picnic to complete your day at the nature reserve.
