1. This Allianz Home Protect Promotion (“Promotion”) is jointly organised by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE Singapore Branch (“Allianz”) and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (“SCBSL”). The Promotion is valid from 1 July to 31 December 2018, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Allianz Home Protect Policy is underwritten by Allianz and distributed by SCBSL.
2. By participating in this Promotion, you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms.
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, during the Promotion Period, you need to:
   1. be classified as a Premium Banking customer* of SCBSL per SCBSL’s records;
   2. be able to receive Premium Banking marketing email communications from SCBSL which states the promotional code for this Promotion; and
   3. input the promotional code in the online application form before you purchase the relevant policy through SCBSL’s website https://www.sc.com/sg/insurance/allianz-home-protect/ within the Promotion Period.
4. If you satisfy the conditions in Clause 3 and successfully purchase an Allianz Home Protect (“Policy”) during the Promotion Period through SCBSL’s website, you will be entitled to 25% discount off your first year premium payable.
5. This Promotion is applicable to new applications only during the Promotion Period and not valid with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges
6. This Promotion is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore
7. A person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Promotion Terms.
8. Allianz and SCBSL each may at any time, without any prior notice or liability to you, vary the Promotion Terms or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time. The decision of Allianz and SCBSL on all matters relating to this Promotion, including determining your eligibility to participate, shall be at their absolute discretion and will be final and binding.
9. All information is correct at time of print.
   *Eligibility criteria to become a Premium Banking customer:
   1. you maintain a combined balance in your primary account(s) a minimum of S$50,000 in deposits and/or investments; or
   2. you maintain a combined balance in your primary account(s) a minimum of S$500,000 in housing loans; or
   3. you have an annual income of at least S$96,000.
