Digital Services Scheduled Downtime

We are upgrading our systems to serve you better

We will be making enhancements to our systems from 22:30 hours (IST) on 24th September 2021 to 17:30 hours (IST) on 25th September 2021 (referred as ‘scheduled downtime’).

During the ‘scheduled downtime ‘our Online Banking, SC Mobile, S2B, BillPay and UPI services will be unavailable.

The following services will remain available:

  • Credit card transactions (POS and Online)
  • Debit card transactions will be operational between 23:50 hours (IST) on 24th September 2021 to 11:00 hours (IST) on 25th September 2021
  • ATMs will be operational between 23:50 hours (IST) on 24th September 2021 to 11:00 hours (IST) on 25th September 2021.

Phone banking, social media, email channel and chat will always be available to assist you. Any credit to your Standard Chartered Bank account from a third-party bank account, will be delayed and will be cleared by 1900 hours on 25th September 2021.
