Terms and Conditions for Lifestyle Cashback Offer

  1. Definitions
  •  Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  • Offer: All Standard Chartered Credit and Debit card customers are eligible for cashback basis the following:
  • In store offers: Shop for INR 8,000 using bank cards and get 10% cashback using Standard Chartered Debit or Credit Card
    Online Business: Shop for INR 3,499 using bank cards and get 10% cashback using Standard Chartered Debit or Credit Card
  • Offer Period: 13th June 2019 till 31 July 2019
  • Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered credit & Debit card clients
  • Non- Eligibility: NRE/ NRO customers will not be eligible for the cashback

2. Offer Details

  •  Customer has to pay using his/her Standard Chartered Credit Card or debit card at Lifestyle stores, App & website
  • No cap applicable per card on cashback amount
  • Offer can be availed multiple times within the offer period
  • This offer is available only for Standard Chartered Bank Credit & Debit card holders.
  • Cash back will be credited into cardholder’s account within 90 days from the end of offer period
  • In event of any discrepancy, please contact Standard Chartered Bank helpline along with a copy of their LIFESTYLE invoice to enable the Bank to resolve the discrepancy
  1. How to avail the offer
  • Customer needs to transact on Lifestyle or com Website or App during the offer period.
  • Customer needs to make purchase of min INR 8,000 for store purchase or INR 3,499 for online purchase.
  • Customer has to pay using a valid Standard Chartered debit or credit card

4. Communication of the Offer

  •  The Offer will be communicated to customers through -emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only

  • This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in)
  • The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
  • Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
  • The Offer is non-transferable
  • The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
  • All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai

  • In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
