Terms and Conditions for 2X Rewards offer

1. Definitions

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  2. Offer: The offer means ‘Qualified Customers will receive 2X reward points upto 1000 reward points on all spends i.e every purchase transaction’ using their Standard Chartered Credit Card during the Offer Period.
  3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 29 Aug 2020 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 31 Aug 2020.
  4. Qualified Customer: The offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s Credit card Bank’s Credit card holders who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the Offer will qualify for the Offer.

2. Offer Details

  1. Customer will qualify for 2X reward points if they use their Standard Chartered credit card for purchase spends.
  2. Customer would be eligible for 2X reward points (up to 1000 reward points) on fulfilment of the offer eligibility criteria.
  3. The 2X reward points will be calculated on the existing card features – If customer uses credit card which gives 1 reward point per INR 150 spent. Then customer will receive 2 reward points per INR 150 spent during the offer period
  4. A customer can receive a maximum of 1000 reward points through this offer
  5. In the event a cardholder has multiple credit cards, transactions across all the cards will be consolidated to qualify for the offer.
  6. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
  7. This offer is not applicable on Standard Chartered Ultimate, Landmark Rewards, DigiSmart and Emirates credit cardholders
  8. Qualified customers will receive the reward points within 90 days from the date when the offer ends.
  9. In case the cardholder cancels any transactions due to which he/she has qualified for the reward points, then those transactions will not be considered in the calculation of the additional reward points.

3. Communication of the offer

  1. The Offer will be communicated to select set of Bank Credit Card holders only through – SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.

4. General Terms and Conditions

  1. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website(www.sc.com/in).
  2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
  3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
  4. The Offer is non-transferable.
  5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
  6. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming partof the Offer communications.
  9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
