Terms and Conditions – EMI Offer on select Acer products

1. Definitions
i. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India
ii. Offer:
• All Standard Chartered Credit card holders are eligible for 5% cashback subject to maximum of INR 4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand Only) on minimum transaction amount of INR 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) charged to the credit card and paid in equated monthly instalment (EMI) basis only.
• Offer applicable only on purchase of select products offered by Acer
• Offer is applicable for purchases made across all Acer brand stores and non-brand stores (such as Croma, Reliance Digital, etc.) pan-India only on Pine Labs / Paytm / MSwipe / Innoviti / Mosambee enabled point-of-sale (POS) terminals. Cardholders are requested to check availability of such terminals with the store before making the purchase.
• Each card holder would be entitled to 1 transaction per month during the Offer Period.
iii. Offer period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 1st August 2022 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 30th September 2022.
iv. Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered credit card holders

2. Details of the Offer
i. Qualified Customer must transact using the Bank’s credit card only and opt for EMI conversion at the time of purchase of select Acer products.
ii Offer valid on EMI transactions only.
iii. Cardholders are requested to preserve the charge slip copy of their transaction until cashback is reflected into their individual card account. Product category and applicable cashback to be verified at merchant outlet, before purchase.
iv. Non-Eligibility: NRE and NRO account holders with Standard Chartered credit card will not be eligible for the Offer
v. At the end of Offer Period the cashback amount will be credit to the card account within 90 days from the end date of the Offer Period.
vi. Eligible cashback amount will be printed on the transaction charge slip. Any transaction wherein the charge slip does not reflect the cashback amount will not qualify for the Offer.
vii. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
viii. In case of full/partial cancellation of the transaction, the Offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the Offer.

3. Communication of the Offer
i. The Offer will be communicated to customers through emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only.

4. General Terms and Conditions
i. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
ii. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
iii. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
iv. The Offer is non-transferable.
v. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
vi. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
vii. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
viii. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
ix. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
x. The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services provided by Acer.
xi. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.
