Other Terms and Conditions:
i. The EazyDiner Prime membership is complimentary for a period of three (3) months for all the Standard Chartered Bank Credit card customers.
ii. Activating and using the membership is completely voluntary.
iii. Once customer is an Eazydiner Prime member, he/she can use the Eazydiner app/website to view Prime restaurants and their offers and make a reservation at any listed Prime restaurant. Upon visiting the restaurant, client must show the Prime Deal to the restaurant staff. Restaurant will give discount on the bill.
iv. Post 3 months complimentary period, membership will be auto-renewed on the mode of payment used during registration, chargeable at INR 395+taxes. The customer can cancel the chargeable auto-renewal anytime before the end of the 3 month complimentary period.
v. The restaurants and the offers are dynamic as Eazydiner constantly improves the product, hence the offers at restaurants may change without any prior notice. In case there are any concerns, please call the EazyDiner Prime hotline at 786 100 4400.
vi. All 1+1 deals are valid for a minimum of 2 guests and indicate a 50% discount on client’s meal. In case of 3 guests, 2 guests will be charged, and 1 guest will be complimentary.
vii. Customers must inform the restaurant upon their arrival on the reservation made and the offer as applicable.
viii. EazyDiner shall not be liable for the experience at the partner restaurant as they assist in fulfilling the reservations with special offers only.
ix. EazyDiner shall not be liable if any restaurant has temporarily or permanently shuts down its operations.
x. Only one subscription can be used for a single reservation.
xi. The fee chargeable for the membership plan shall be predetermined and may be revised by EazyDiner at its sole discretion, from time to time. Any revision of the membership fee shall be notified to the members fifteen (15) days prior to implementing such revision.
xii. One complimentary alcoholic beverage per person will offered to Cardmembers at select restaurants. The restaurants offering the same shall have the same mentioned on the restaurants page as the additional benefit.
xiii. The membership card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
xiv. The membership validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
xv. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
xvi. EazyDiner & Standard Chartered Bank are not responsible in case of non-availability of reservation at a restaurant. However, an alternate slot at best available date/time shall be made available.
xvii. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
xviii. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
xix. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
xx. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

Offer 2 : Get 20% up to Rs 300 Instant Discount offer for Standard Chartered card holders

Description of the Offer:
i. Offer: The Offer means “Get 20% upto Rs 300 instant discount on min transaction value of INR 1000 subject to maximum discount of INR 300. Each card client will be eligible for 2 transaction per month during the offer period.
ii. Minimum transaction size to qualify for the offer is INR 1000
iii. Offer Period: 22nd Jan 2021 till 31st March 2021
iv. Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered credit/debit card clients
v. Non Eligibility: NRE account holders will not be eligible to avail the said Offer.

Detailed process to avail the Offer:
i. Offer is valid on all transactions of Delivery, Takeaway or Dining-in at the restaurant via Payeazy using Standard Chartered Bank credit/debit card.
ii. Offer is valid on EazyDiner app, website and msite.

Other terms and conditions
1. The Instant Discount will be calculated on the final amount charged on Standard Chartered credit/debit card
2. Standard Chartered cardholder will have to make the payment with their Standard Chartered cards only to avail this offer.
3. Standard Chartered Bank does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this Offer
4. The sellers on website/mobile app shall be responsible for the products purchased by a customer. Neither Standard Chartered Bank nor any of its subsidiaries assumes any responsibility for the service offered by EazyDiner & its restaurant partners.
5. Standard Chartered Bank holds no warranty or makes no representation about the quality offered by the restaurant partners on EazyDiner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services must be resolved by the customers with EazyDiner or its restaurant partners, directly without any reference to Standard Chartered Bank.
6. Standard Chartered Bank shall not entertain any such disputes on the quality of products delivered by EazyDiner even if, the customer approaches the Bank for resolution of the same
7. The participation is voluntary and any purchase on platform using Standard Chartered card shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein
8. In the event orders are cancelled, the customer will not be eligible for the discount
9. Standard Chartered Bank holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the offer to any Cardholder. The cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
10. Standard Chartered reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the campaign / offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by the customer for the purpose of availing the benefits under the campaign/offer or otherwise by use of the service
11. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the Cardholder
12. This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of Standard Chartered Bank & EazyDiner
13. Standard Chartered Bank is not making any commitment to make such similar offers beyond the Offer period
14. All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder agreement shall continue to apply

16. Standard Chartered Bank & EazyDiner also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Customers. In case of any dispute, Standard Chartered Bank’s decision shall be binding on all Customers
17. The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank
18. Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on EazyDiner.com/mobile app.
19. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on EazyDiner.com website/mobile app, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. Standard Chartered Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same
20. Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective restaurant partners of EazyDiner and in no circumstances Standard Chartered Bank shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products
21. Under no circumstance will the offer/Instant Discount being offered under this program be settled in cash
22. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by both the Parties with mutual consultations for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English
23. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Instant Discount program
24. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis
25. All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective restaurant partners and EazyDiner nor Standard Chartered Bank shall be in no way responsible for the same
26. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
27. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
