Terms and Conditions for Gourmet Passport Fulfilment Offer

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank:Standard Chartered Bank in India.
    2. Offer:The Offer means customer will be eligible for a free annual membership to Gourmet Passport on first POS debit card transaction of at least INR 2500 within the first two months of account opening.
    3. A voucher code will be sent to the eligible customers within 60 business days of the transaction.
    4. Qualified Customer:The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered Prime Savings Account customers.
  1. Offer Details
    1. Customer has to transact at POS using his/her Standard Chartered Debit Card within first two months of Account Opening.
    2. Customer would be eligible for a free annual membership to Gourmet Passport on carrying out the above-mentioned transaction.
    3. A transaction of INR 2500 or more should be made in a single transaction to be eligible for the offer.
    4. The voucher will be eligible for x days from the date of dispatch by Standard Chartered Bank.
    5. The Gourmet Passport cannot be used on the following days:
      a. Christmas Eve
      b. Christmas Day
      c. New Year’s Eve
      d. New Year’s Day
      e. Valentine’s Day
    6. A membership offers 3 coupons per partner restaurant.
    7. Coupons are not transferable and are void if purchased, sold or bartered for cash.
    8. All offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items, and dining or loyalty programs.
    9. Offers are valid solely for the item listed and are not valid for special events, theme nights, buffets or brunches – unless specified by the merchant.
    10. Offers are not valid in conjunction with B.Y.O (bring your own liquor) or Corkage Fees.
    11. Discounts do not apply to Service Charges and/or Government Taxes
    12. The Gourmet Passport coupons are valid for dine-in only, unless specified.
    13. Offers are not valid for delivery, unless specified.
    14. Please note, that the Gourmet Passport or Dine out cannot be held responsible if an outlet is temporarily or permanently closed during the offer validity period.
  1. Communication of the Offer
    1. The Offer details will be present on sc.com website. Customer will also be informed of the offer at the time of account opening.
  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
    3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
    4. The Offer is non-transferable.
    5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
    6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
    7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. The Qualified Customers shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only.
    8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
    9. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
    10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
    11. Any customer queries related to fulfilment will not be entertained post 90 days of offer fulfilment.
