Terms & Conditions for Nobroker offer

Offer :  Get 2X Reward points up to a maximum of 1000 bonus reward points per month for next 2 months on a minimum rent of 20,000 per month.

  1. Offer Period: 1st February, 2021 to 31st March, 2021
  2. Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable on all Standard Chartered cards except Standard Chartered Ultimate, Digismart, Landmark Rewards & Emirates World Credit Cards.
  3. Non Eligibility: NRE account holders will not be eligible to avail the said Offer.

Detailed process to avail the Offer:

  1. Rent needs to be paid using Standard Chartered Debit or Credit card on NOBROKER Mobile App/ website
  2. Valid for transactions 1st February, 2021 to 31st March, 2021
  3. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank
  4. The 2X reward points will be calculated on the existing card features – If customer uses credit card which gives 1 reward point per `150 spent. Then customer will receive 2 reward points per `150 spent during the offer period.
  5. A customer can receive a maximum of 1000 reward points per month.
  6. In the event a cardholder has multiple credit cards, transactions across all the cards will be consolidated to qualify for the offer.
  7. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
  8. This offer is not applicable on Standard Chartered Ultimate, DigiSmart, Landmark Rewards and Emirates credit cardholders.
  9. Qualified customers will receive the reward points within 90 days from the date when the offer ends.

Other terms and conditions

  1. Standard Chartered cardholder will credit the reward points basis the qualifying transaction with their Standard Chartered cards only to avail this offer
  2. Standard Chartered Bank does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this Offer
  3. Nobroker.in shall be responsible for the services rendered to the customer. Neither Standard Chartered Bank nor any of its subsidiaries assumes any responsibility for the service offered by NOBROKER & its sellers
  4. Standard Chartered Bank holds no warranty or makes no representation about the quality offered by the services of NOBROKER. Any dispute or claim regarding the services must be resolved by the customers with NOBROKER or its sellers, directly without any reference to Standard Chartered Bank.
  5. Standard Chartered Bank shall not entertain any such disputes on the quality of products/services delivered by NOBROKER even if, the customer approaches the Bank for resolution of the same
  6. The participation is voluntary and any purchase on NOBROKER platform using Standard Chartered card shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein
  7. In the event orders are cancelled, the customer will not be eligible for the bonus rewards.
  8. Standard Chartered Bank holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the offer to any Cardholder. The cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
  9. Standard Chartered reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the campaign / offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by the customer for the purpose of availing the benefits under the campaign/offer or otherwise by use of the service
  10. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the Cardholder
  11. This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of Standard Chartered Bank & NOBROKER
  12. Standard Chartered Bank is not making any commitment to make such similar offers beyond the Offer period
  13. All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder agreement shall continue to apply
  14. Standard Chartered Bank & NOBROKER reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Offer at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the Cardholder at all times.
  15. Standard Chartered Bank & NOBROKER also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Customers. In case of any dispute, Standard Chartered Bank’s decision shall be binding on all Customers
  16. The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank
  17. Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on NOBROKER.com/mobile app.
  18. Services offered under this program are subject to availability from NOBROKER and in no circumstances Standard Chartered Bank shall be liable for non-availability of the Service.
  19. Under no circumstance will the offer/Rewards being offered under this program be settled in cash
  20. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by both the Parties with mutual consultations for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English
  21. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Instant Discount program
  22. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis
  23. All liability with respect to the services used lies with NOBROKER and Standard Chartered Bank shall be in no way responsible for the same
  24. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
  25. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
  26. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
  27. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
