One Plus Nord Buds offer for Tech Mahindra Employees – Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India
    2. Offer: Apply for any one of the Bank’s Eligible Credit Cards (mentioned below) during the said Offer Period and get OnePlus Nord Buds. To be eligible, spend an aggregate of minimum INR 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) in a maximum of 2 transactions using the Eligible Credit Card. Transactions must be completed within 30 days from issuance of the Eligible Credit Card. Only one of the Eligible Credit Cards will qualify for the Offer.
    3. Offer Period: 26 Sep 2022 12:00:00 AM to 30 Nov 2022 12:00:00 AM.
    4. Qualified Client: The Offer is only open to Tech Mahindra corporate employees empaneled by the Bank under its employee banking proposition. The application for the Eligible Credit Cards must be submitted electronically on a link communicated by the Bank during the Offer Period. Applications not submitted in the manner stipulated by the Bank will not qualify for the Offer.

    Terms §  The Offer will be applicable on any one of the first Eligible Credit card issued to the Qualified Client of Tech Mahindra Employees on or before the end of the Offer Period.

    §  A Qualified Client must spend an aggregate of Rs 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) or more in a maximum of 2 transactions using the Eligible Credit Card within 30 days of card issuance.  This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer from the Bank.

    Transaction Exclusion The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria:

    ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.

    Fulfilment timeline Within 60 working days from the transaction date, the Bank will send the OnePlus Nord Buds to the registered mailing address of the Qualified Client meeting the Offer terms.
  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank for Tech Mahindra Employees.
    2. The Offer is not applicable for add-on credit cards or supplementary credit cards or existing credit card customers of Standard Chartered Bank.
    3. The Offer will not be applicable if the application is received by Standard Chartered Bank via any other channels other than as prescribed by the Bank.
    4. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
    5. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
    6. The Offer is non-transferable.
    7. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
    8. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
    9. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. The Qualified Clients shall be intimated by the Bank through email, SMS, call, internet banking or mobile banking only
    10. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
    11. By participating in the Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
      Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
  1. Additional Terms & Conditions
    1. The Offer product (OnePlus Nord Buds) is offered at the sole discretion of the Bank and is liable to change without notice. The Bank reserves the right to supply alternative products or services of similar quality or price to you.
    2. This Offer is not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
    3. The Offer product (OnePlus Nord Buds) will be dispatched within 60 working days from the transaction date to the registered mailing address of the Qualified Client meeting the Offer terms.
    4. Delivery of Offer product (OnePlus Nord Buds) will be made only to domestic addresses which are within the delivery limits specified by the primary courier of the Bank. Product delivery and shipping can only be done within India.
    5. The Qualified Client authorizes the Bank to send the products through speed post service of India Post in case the addresses fall outside the deliverable area, as specified by the primary courier of the Bank.
    6. If the product received is damaged or incomplete, the Qualified Client must raise a complaint to the Bank within two (2) days of receipt of the product with the images of the damaged product. Post internal investigations, if the claim is genuine, Bank shall initiate dispatch of new product (at no extra courier charges to the customer).
    7. The Bank is not responsible for the quality and performance of the Offer product (OnePlus Nord Buds). Any issues or complaints with respect to the quality or performance of the Offer product (OnePlus Nord Buds) should be taken up with the manufacturer of the product only.
    8. The replacement product will be delivered within 30 working days from the time the request is made.
    9. If the order is returned undelivered due to incorrect address available with the Bank, the Qualified Client is required to update the address first with the Bank, before a redispatch request can be taken.
