Complimentary EazyDiner Membership Offer – Terms & Conditions

Definitions 

Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India 

Offer: The Bank’s Priority clients will get a 3 month complimentary EazyDiner Prime membership, which offers clients 25% to 50% discounts on food/beverage bills at over 2000 top restaurants in India. 

Offer Period: Period commencing from 00:01 hours on 1 Apr 2021 and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on 31 Dec 2021. Clients can activate their complimentary membership anytime during this period, which will then remain active for 3 months 

Qualified Client: The offer is applicable to all Priority banking clients having a Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit/ Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Debit card, who receive the offer communication from the bank

 

Offer Details:

Activating the membership –

  1. Qualified Clients will receive a communication from the bank, containing the membership activation link
  2. Upon receiving the link, interested clients can register and activate their 3 month membership anytime during the Offer Period
  3. Upon opening the link-
    i. Click on the call to action button “Pay Rs 2 Now”
    ii. Enter your details such as Name, email id, Mobile number and click on the check-box and enter to pay now.
    iii. Enter your Visa Infinite Standard Chartered Credit/ Debit card details and make the Rs 2 payment.
  4. Once the transaction is done, 3 months of complimentary Prime membership will get activated automatically.

Using the membership-

  1. Once client is an Eazydiner Prime member, client can use the Eazydiner app/website to view Prime restaurants and their offers and make a reservation at any listed Prime restaurant.
  2. Upon visiting the restaurant, client must show the Prime Deal to the restaurant staff before the billing, to get the discounted bill as per the deal.

Renewing the membership –

  1. Post 3 months complimentary period, membership will be auto-renewed on the mode of payment used during registration, chargeable at INR 495+taxes. The client can cancel the chargeable auto-renewal any time before the end of the 3-month complimentary period.

Exclusive offer T&Cs

  1. Clients will get a 1-year complimentary membership from Eazydiner, after the end of the complimentary 3-month membership, if client meets the Priority Qualification Criteria and spends INR 5000 on his SCB credit card/ Debit card by the date mentioned in the communication.
  2. Priority Banking Qualification Criteria are defined as the below –
    • 1. Minimum monthly average FUM# (Funds under management) of INR 30 Lakh, or
    • 2. Mortgage outstanding amount above INR 2 Crore
    •            
    • #FUM (Funds under management) includes any one or combination of the following products from the Bank: Savings accounts, Term Deposits, Assets under Management of Investments made through the Bank. Monthly average balances will be considered for current and savings account balances. Month end balance will be considered for the rest of the balances.
    •        
    • Please note, that spends on the Standard Chartered Debit Card must be Point of Sales (POS) transactions (online transactions included). Account transfers/balance transfer/ATM withdrawals will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria.
  3. Once the client meets the above criteria for the special offer, client shall receive a 1-year membership EazyDiner Prime from the bank within 2 months. For eg, if client meets the above criteria in April’21, the 1-year membership shall be emailed to the client by 30th June 2021.
  4. The 1-year membership code shall be sent to the clients on their registered email ID.

Membership T&Cs

  1. The restaurants and the offers are dynamic as Eazydiner constantly improves the product, hence the offers at restaurants may change without any prior notice. In case there are any concerns, please call the EazyDiner Prime hotline at 786 100 4400.
  2. All 1+1 deals are valid for a minimum of 2 guests and indicate a 50% discount on client’s meal. In case of 3 guests, 2 guests will be charged, and 1 guest will be complimentary.
  3. Clients must inform the restaurant upon their arrival on the reservation made and the offer as applicable.
  4. EazyDiner shall not be liable for the experience at the partner restaurant as they assist in fulfilling the reservations with special offers only.
  5. EazyDiner shall not be liable if any restaurant has temporarily or permanently shuts down its operations. In case there are any concerns, please call the EazyDiner Prime hotline at 786 100 4400.
  6. Only one subscription can be used for a single reservation.
  7. The fee chargeable for the membership plan shall be predetermined and may be revised by EazyDiner at its sole discretion, from time to time. Any revision of the membership fee shall be notified to the members fifteen (15) days prior to implementing such revision.
  8. One complimentary alcoholic beverage per person will offered to Cardmembers at select restaurants. The restaurants offering the same shall have the same mentioned on the restaurants page as the additional benefit.
  9. The membership card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
  10. The membership validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  11. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
  12. EazyDiner & Standard Chartered Bank are not responsible in case of non-availability of reservation at a restaurant. However, an alternate slot at best available date/time shall be made available.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
  2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this
  3. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date.
  4. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made voluntarily.
  5. The offer is non-transferable.
  6. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
  7. Standard Chartered Bank shall not entertain any such disputes on the quality of products delivered by EazyDiner even if, the customer approaches the Bank for resolution of the same
  8. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements for the results of the offer. The Qualified Clients shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only.
  9. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  10. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
  11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
  12. The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank
  13. Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on EazyDiner.com/mobile app.
  14. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on EazyDiner.com website/mobile app, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. Standard Chartered Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same
  15. Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective restaurant partners of EazyDiner and in no circumstances Standard Chartered Bank shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products
  16. Under no circumstance will the offer/Instant Discount being offered under this program be settled in cash
  17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by both the Parties with mutual consultations for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English
  18. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the program
  19. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis
  20. All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective restaurant partners and EazyDiner nor Standard Chartered Bank shall be in no way responsible for the same
  21. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
