RD campaign: Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.

Client/s: Resident Indian Client means client from the personal, premium or priority segment who has maintained a savings account with the Bank in India.

Offer: Offer means Clients who have started booked RD (Recurring Deposit) of INR>=5000(Rupees Five Thousand only) for a tenure of 1 year [365 days] will be eligible to get 2000(Two Thousand) reward Point

Transaction: Opening a RD through online banking ,mobile banking , chat , Phone Banking, Branch.

2. Offer Details
3. Offer Duration: 15th June 2023-31st August 2023
3.1 Open a RD of INR>5000(Five Thousand) for a tenure of 1year through and get 2000(Two Thousand) reward point.
2.3 Only select Client holding an existing savings account with the Bank are eligible for the Offer.

To illustration
During the Offer Period, if a client opens a RD through online banking of INR 6000 (Rupee Six Thousand only) for a
Tenure of 1 year, the client is eligible to get 2000 reward points.

2.4 This Offer is available for Bank Clients, who have received the Offer communication from the Bank through email, SMS, or banners on internet banking.

2.5Reward points will be sent by the Bank to the Clients within 2 months from the end of the Offer Period. The Bank will send the Reward Point in the client account (The reward points will be shown in Debit Card).

2.6 Recurring Deposit can be opened through any mode (Chat, Online Banking , Mobile Banking , Phone Banking and Branch).

4. General Terms and Conditions
3.1 The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
3.2 Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
3.3 The Offer is non-transferable.
3.4 The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
3.5 All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
3.6 The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
3.7 By participating in this Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

3.8 Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the participants, shall be solely borne by the participants.
