Truefitt&Hill Offer for Priority Clients – Terms and Conditions

Offer details and Fulfilment

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India.
    2. Offer: The Bank’s Priority clients will get an INR 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) Truefitt&Hill complimentary e-voucher. The e-vouchers will be valid until 31st December 2022, and can be redeemed at any of Truefitt&Hill outlet across India (a list of which is available at the link in point ____ below) for complimentary signature services set out below:
      i. Royal Haircut
      ii. Royal Shave
      iii. Royal Manicure
      iv. Royal Pedicure
    3. Voucher validity period: Period commencing from 00:01 hours on 01 August 2022 and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on 31 December 2022.
    4. Priority Clients: The e-voucher is available for all Priority banking clients for one time usage

  1. Terms & Conditions
    1. The Offering is valid for all Priority clients. Priority Clients will receive a communication from the Bank regarding the Offering along with the voucher code to avail the complimentary signatures services.
    2. Once received, the e-voucher will be valid until 31st December 2022. Priority Clients must avail the e-voucher within the validity period i.e 31st December 2022. No extension will be granted post the expiry date under any circumstances.
    3. E-Vouchers are valid on all days of the week.
    4. To avail the e-voucher, the Priority Client must make prior reservation at Truefitt&Hill, and share the e-voucher number while making the reservation.
    5. Royal suite booking is subject to availability and may have to be shared during high demand.
    6. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
    7. The e-voucher is one-time use and is to be availed by only one person at a time.
    8. Any incremental cost over and above the voucher value on the complimentary signature services must be paid only via Standard Chartered Debit or Credit card.
    9. E-Voucher cannot be redeemed for products.
    10. Truefitt&Hill offers services at select locations in India. Priority Clients can view the list of locations at https://www.truefittandhill.in/
    11. The E-voucher unique code has to be presented along with the e-voucher image in order to avail the complimentary service. If not, the Priority Client will be charged for the same.
  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. This is an exclusive Offering provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the Offering are available on the Bank’s website (https://www.sc.com/in/priority/).
    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offering.
    3. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offering without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date.
    4. Participation in this Offering is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made voluntarily.
    5. The Offering is non-transferable.
    6. The Offering shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
    7. Standard Chartered Bank shall not entertain any such disputes on the quality of products delivered or the services provided by Truefitt&Hill even if, the Priority Clients approaches the Bank for resolution of the same.
    8. In all matters relating to this Offering, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
    9. By participating in the Offering, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
    10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Priority Client due to provision of the Offering, shall be to the sole account of the Priority Client.
    11. The Offering shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offering may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank.
    12. Nothing expressed or implied in the Offering shall in any way waive or amend any of the applicable terms and conditions on https://www.truefittandhill.in/.
    13. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Priority Clients either through mailers or advertised on https://www.truefittandhill.in/, are for representative purpose only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products sold by the relevant sellers. Standard Chartered Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
    14. Services offered under this Offering are subject to availability from Truefitt&Hill and in no circumstances Standard Chartered Bank shall be liable for non-availability of the same.
    15. Under no circumstance will the e-voucher be exchanged for cash.
    16. Any disputes arising out of the Offering shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India and Indian law shall be the governing law.
    17. All liability with respect to the products purchased or the services availed by redeeming the e-voucher lies with Truefitt&Hill and Standard Chartered Bank shall be in no way responsible for the same.
