How to request a new card if my card is lost or stolen?

STEP 1

Go to “Help & Services” in the Services tab located at the bottom right corner, and tap on ‘View All’

Under Card Management, select "Report Lost/Stolen Card".

Select your reason for blocking the card.

Select the card(s) you wish to block.

Review the details.

Submit your request. We will send you an email and SMS when the request is completed.
