Jocelyn Tan

Jocelyn is responsible for Transaction Banking FX business globally for Standard Chartered Bank. She manages a team responsible for the product development, product management and commercialization of Transactional FX.

The team leverages the bank’s extensive Financial Markets & Transaction Banking capabilities as well as key partners to design and deliver seamless and superior solutions to clients.

Jocelyn was previously leading the Client solutioning team in Asia in the Bank’s Digital Channels and Data Analytics business. She joined Standard Chartered’s Financial Markets eSales team from Citi in 2017.

She brings extensive experience in Transaction Banking Sales, Financial Markets Sales and Credit Risk, and have worked closely with Multinational and Top Tier Local Corporates, Financial Institutions, Commercial and Retail bank clients. Jocelyn is passionate about building and empowering world-class teams to deliver real value to clients and the communities the bank serves.

A firm believer in investing in the next generation, she coaches more than 20 individuals every year as part of a non-profit organization. She also enjoys sailing and spending time with her two children.
