      • You can earn 1.5% cashback on all your eligible retails spends charged to the Unlimited Cashback Credit Card. And, from now to 30 June 2017, you can earn 3% cashback on all your eligible foreign currency retail spends.
      • All retail transactions except those listed below are considered as eligible retail spends. a. any cash advance; b. any fees and charges (including annual fees, late payment fees, interest charges, and or finance charges) charged to your Card; c. any balance or fund transfer; d. any monthly instalment of an EasyPay transaction; e. any amount charged to your Card (and/or your supplementary credit card) that is subsequently cancelled, voided, refunded or reversed; f. recurring payments or payments made to all billing organisations using Standard Chartered Online Banking; g. AXS or ATM transactions made using the Card; h. amounts which have been rolled over from the preceding months’ statements; i. tax refunds credited into your Card account (and/or your supplementary credit card account); j. any tax payments charged to your Card (and/or your supplementary credit card); k. any insurance premiums charged to your Card (and/or supplementary credit card); and l. any top-ups or payment of funds to any prepaid cards (with the exception of EZ-Reload charged to your Card) and any prepaid accounts including without limitation to the following accounts or any other accounts as we may specify from time to time:

      • Unlimited Cashback is calculated on a monthly basis based on your statement date and will be calculated based on two decimal places for each individual eligible retail transactions posted in the statement month without any rounding off. Unlimited Cashback earned will be reflected in that month’s card statement but credited to your principal Card account only in the following statement cycle month. The Unlimited Cashback amount will then be automatically offset against the following statement cycle month’s billed amount.
      • EZ-Reload by Card is a service by Ez-Link that automatically tops up your card when it has insufficient value for payment. With each auto top-up, your credit card account will be debited with the designated top-up amount of S$50.25 (inclusive of $0.25 Convenience Fee for each top up). Please note that the convenience fee is charged by EZ-Link and we are unable to waive it.
      • The SMS alert received by you was a pre-authorisation taken by EZ-LINK on the credit card account. This is part of the enrolment process for the EZ-Reload service which is a product feature of your Unlimited Cashback Credit Card. The pre-authorisation amount of SGD50.25 is earmarked on the credit card and will only be charged to your card upon activation of the EZ-Reload service. The pre-authorisation would be triggered up to 4 times over a 180-day period from the enrolment of the EZ-Reload service, after which if you have not activated the EZ-Reload service, the EZ-Reload service would be terminated. If you do not wish to activate the service, you can terminate it at any time before the end of the 180-day cycle by visiting www.ezlink.com.sg/ez-reload-terminate. Once you terminate the EZ-Reload service, the pre-authorisation will ceased.
      • Your Unlimited Cashback Credit Card is automatically enrolled for EZ-Reload by Card. Once you receive the SMS containing the Autoload Reference Number (ARN), proceed to any General Ticketing Machine located at all MRT stations to activate the service. (This must be done within 6 months from the time you received the SMS.)
      • CAN Number is the 16-digit unique identifier for your ez-link purse embedded in your Unlimited Cashback Credit Card. This is printed on the back of the credit card, as shown in the illustration below.
      • If you do not wish to utilise the EZ-Reload by Card service, simply ignore the Activation Code SMS sent to you. If EZ-Reload by Card is not activated, it will be automatically terminated after 6 months from the date of the Activation Code SMS.
      • If you do not wish to utilise the EZ-Reload by Card service, simply ignore the Activation Code SMS sent to you. If EZ-Reload by Card is not activated, it will be automatically terminated after 6 months from the date of the Activation Code SMS.
      • If you did not receive the activation code Autoload Reference Number (ARN) via SMS, please contact EZ-Link at 6496 8300.
      • Yes, there is a convenience fee of $0.25 per EZ-Reload top-up. As this is charged by EZ-Link, we are unable to waive it.
      • In the event your card is lost, you need to do the following: To report the lost of your card, please call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at 1800 7477 000 (Only if EZ-Reload is activated) To disable the ez-link purse embedded in your card, please calls EZ-Link hotline at 6496 8300. EZ-Link will block the ez-link purse on your card and terminate the EZ-Reload by Card facility within 48 hours. The remaining value of your ez-link purse will be refunded back to your credit card account (within 1 month). Please note that there will be a new CAN number for your ez-link purse whenever a new credit card is issued to you.
      • In the event your card is damaged, please call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at 1800 7477 000 for a replacement. Once you have received your new credit card, you may proceed to the TransitLink Ticket Office for a refund of the remaining value in your ez-link purse personally with your old card and NRIC/Passport. Do note that there will be a new CAN number for your ez-link purse whenever a new credit card is issued to you.
      • Every Unlimited Cashback Credit Card comes with a unique CAN number. For security purposes, we do not maintain the old ez-link purse when a card is replaced.
      • When a new credit card is sent to you, you will be assigned a new CAN number. Upon activating your new credit card, you will receive your activation code via SMS from EZ-Link to activate the EZ-Reload by Card facility within 7 working days. You may activate the EZ-Reload facility at any General Ticketing Machine with your card and the activation code.

      • No, unfortunately we are unable to transfer the balance from the old ez-link purse to the new ez-link purse as this is maintained by EZ-Link. However, you may visit any TransitLink Ticket Office to request for a refund.
      • If you wish to change the default $50 EZ-Reload amount, please refer to the steps below. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the change to take effect.

      • If your Mastercard® contactless card also comes with EZ-Link/NETS FlashPay functionality, you will need to switch your card’s payment mode to contactless payment at the GTMs located in any train station 3 days after receiving the confirmation email. This switching should be completed prior to transit usage in order for you to participate in the ABT.
      • For the Unlimited Credit Card with the EZ-Link functionality: a. If the EZ-Reload function has not been activated on your card: You may obtain an immediate refund at the TransitLink Ticket Office if the refund amount is less than $100. For refund of $100 and above, a deferred refund will be processed and your card will be retained. The deferred refund will take 21 days for payment via transfer to another EZ-Link card or to a bank account as stipulated by you. b. If the EZ-Reload function has been activated on your card: You will have to first terminate EZ-Reload at the TransitLink Ticket Office. After successful termination of EZ-Reload, you may visit the TransitLink Ticket Office to obtain an immediate refund if the amount is less than $100.
