How do we protect you from unauthorised online transactions?

SMS Alerts
We send you an alert every time a transaction is made on your credit card. You can choose and pre-set a threshold amount so we send you a message whenever transactions over and above are made.

OTP for 3-D secure online transactions
A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile phone registered with us for completion of online transactions made at a 3-D secure merchant. This provides an additional layer of authentication during the transaction. Make sure you and your supplementary cardholder's details are always updated.

Round-the-Clock Protection
Our fraud detection system works round the clock, watching out for suspicious activity on your card. If any suspicious transactions are detected, we'll call you to verify it immediately.
