Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Offer

Definitions:

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  2. Offer: The Offer means ‘Qualified Customers’ will receive additional 1000 reward points on successfully completing the KYC norms before 30th June’24.
  3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 8 June 2024 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 30 June 2024.
  4. Qualified Customer: The Offer is only applicable to resident Standard Chartered Bank Credit card holders. Bank’s Credit card holders who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully fulfilled the condition described in the Offer will be eligible for reward points.
  5. NRE and NRO cardholders will not be eligible for this Offer.

Offer Details:

  1. Customer will qualify for flat 1000 reward points if they update their KYC for Standard Chartered credit card before 30 June’24
  2. To Complete the KYC Please click the E-KYC link if your Bank registered mobile number is also registered with Aadhaar (UIDAI) to complete the review. Click here for completing the KYC.
  3. Customer would be eligible for 1000 reward points on fulfilment of the Offer eligibility criteria.
  4. This offer is valid on completing the full KYC norms.
  5. In the event a cardholder has multiple credit cards, customer can receive a maximum of 1000 reward points through this offer.
  6. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
  7. This Offer is applicable only on Credit cards (Primary & Add-on).
  8. Qualified customers will receive the reward points within 90 days from the date when the Offer ends.
  9. Offer is not applicable on Standard Chartered Digi smart, Ultimate, Smart, Emirates and Landmark Credit Cards.

Communication of the Offer:

  1. The Offer will be communicated to select set of Bank Credit card holders through – Push Notification, SMS and/or email on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website(www.sc.com/in).
  2. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
  3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
  4. The Offer is non-transferable.
  5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
  6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  7. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  8. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the Offer communications.
  9. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
