Offer: Bank credit & debit card holders are eligible for a flat 20% discount on spending a minimum amount in a single transaction of value of INR 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) using the Bank’s credit or debit card during the Offer Period. The transaction or the spends should be performed on the Eazydiner App. Maximum discount is up to INR 500/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) for credit card and debit card transactions, including transactions converted into EMI on the credit card.

   The Offer is valid on a single transaction of minimum INR 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) only twice per card per month during the Offer Period. Valid only on Eating out and Takeaway PayEazy transactions.

3. Offer Period: Offer valid from 12:00:00 AM of 8th June 2022 to 11:59:59 PM of 30th September 2022.
4. Qualified Client: Offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered credit and debit card clients on the EazyDiner App.

Client has to transact using Standard Chartered credit/debit Card in the manner described in the definition of Offers on EazyDiner mobile App.

The Offer will be communicated to Bank customers through emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only.

1. This exclusive Offer is provided by EazyDiner and Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
2. The Bank & EazyDiner reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running the Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
3. Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
4. The Offer are non-transferable.
5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
6. All disputes pertaining to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
8. In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
9. The Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.
10. Standard Chartered Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.
12. Offer is valid Twice per card per month during the Offer Period.
13. To avail the instant discount the total payment of the transaction needs to be made using a valid credit card or debit card of the Bank.
14. Offer not valid on net banking, cash/card on delivery, commercial and corporate cards of STANDARD CHARTERED Bank.
15. Eazydiner reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated.
16. Maximum discount that can be availed per order will be as per the Offer mentioned
17. The discount offered will under no circumstances be settled in cash.
18. Any person availing the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted all these terms and conditions.
19. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained during the Offer Period. No correspondence on the same will be entertained after the aforementioned date from any person(s).
20. Pictorial representation of product(s) in communication(s) sent to the customers is purely representational. None of the parties (i.e EazyDiner and Standard Chartered Bank) under any circumstance(s) will be responsible to the same.
21. It is not mandatory for the Standard Chartered Bank cardholders to participate in the Offer. Participation in the Offer by the card holder is voluntary and free.
22. The minimum age of the card holder must be above 18 years on the day of the purchase.
23. The Offer is being made purely on best effort basis.
24. In case of complete cancellation of the order by the customer the transaction will not qualify for “The Offer”. In case of partial cancellation of the order, the customer shall qualify for “The Offer” only on the basis of the net amount payable.
25. In case of any disputes, the decision of EazyDiner & Standard Chartered Bank will be final and binding.
