1. 1. Have received this communication through SMS/Email;
   2. Have filled the referral form; and
   3. Their *Eligible Referee/s has/have opened a new Employee Banking savings account within the Program Period as mentioned under point 3 hereinbelow.

*Eligible- There should be regular salary credit in the Standard Chartered Employee Banking savings account. The Referee should work for a corporate which is empanelled with Standard Chartered Bank under the Employee Banking proposition.
Upon meeting the criteria mentioned in the table below, the Referrer will be receiving an amazon voucher on the registered email id within 2 months from the end of the Program Period mentioned as in the point 3 hereinbelow.  The Bank will send the Amazon voucher to the registered email address of the Referrer meeting the Offer terms.  Amazon voucher terms shall apply for redemption of the voucher. A Referrer will be rewarded for a maximum of 5 referrals during the Program Period as mentioned under point 3 hereinbelow.

1. The Program Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on December_1st 2022 and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on March 31st 2023 . Standard Chartered Bank reserves the right to limit or extend the Program Period at its sole discretion.
2. An existing Standard Chartered Employee Banking client can refer maximum of 5 referrals during the Program Period.
3. It shall be the responsibility of the Referrer to obtain consent from the Referee for sharing the Referee’s name and contact number with Standard Chartered Bank. Standard Chartered Bank may demand for proof of consent from the Referrer. The Referrer indemnify and keep the Bank indemnified against all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses, losses, and liabilities whatsoever arising in connection with any disputes or complaints from the Referee on being approached by Standard Chartered Bank to open an account.
4. The Program is valid for the existing Employee Banking resident Indian clients of the Standard Chartered Bank.
5. The decision of Standard Chartered Bank shall be final, and it holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the benefits of the Program to any client.
6. Standard Chartered Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Program from time to time. Standard Chartered Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Program be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Program up to the termination/expiry date.
7. Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
8. The Program shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
9. All disputes under this Program are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
10. Standard Chartered  Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Program. The eligible client shall be intimated by Standard Chartered Bank through Email and/or SMS on the email address or mobile number registered with Standard Chartered Bank.
11. By submitting a referral to the Bank, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
12. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the eligible clients due to provision of the Program, shall be to the sole account of the clients.
13. Any dispute regarding the Program will need to be raised with Standard Chartered Bank within 1 month of the end of the Program Period.
14. This Program is exclusive for Employee Banking salary account referrals and cannot be clubbed with any other account opening/ activation offer run by Standard Chartered Bank.
