      Spin To Win Cashback 2018 Promotion Terms and Conditions

      The Shop to Win 2018 Promotion (“Promotion”) consisting of the Spin The Wheel Promotion, the Lucky Draw Promotion and the Coffee on Us Promotion, is available from 16 May to 15 July 2018 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is valid for eligible Standard Chartered Credit Cards (“Cards”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (“Bank”) (collectively, “Eligible Cardholders“). To be eligible for the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders must be amongst the first 100,000 to successfully register their Card during the Registration Period (as defined subsequently). For the Spin The Wheel Promotion, the registration period is from 14 May to 13 July 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Spin The Wheel Registration Period”). 2 calendar days from the time of registration is required for successful registration for the Spin The Wheel Promotion. For the Lucky Draw Promotion and the Coffee on Us Promotion, the registration period is from 14 May to 15 July 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Lucky Draw and Coffee on Us Registration Period” and together with the Spin The Wheel Registration Period, the “Registration Period”). Registration of Cards for the Promotion has to be via SMS Registration or Online Registration in the prescribed format (as set out in the full terms and conditions of this Promotion) (such card a “Registered Card”). Transactions such as, but not limited to, insurance premiums, all modes of bills payments (including payments to telecommunications and utilities providers), payment via AXS and SAM networks, payment to government agencies (including LTA, HDB, IRAS, PUB, ICA & MOM), income tax payments, EZ-Link/TransitLink top-up/reload, any transactions pertaining to Merchant Category Codes 6211 (Security Brokers/Dealers) and 7995 (Gambling/Lotto), funds transfers, cash advances, NETS purchases, ongoing instalment payments, any fee and charges, cancelled and reversed transactions and outstanding balances will not be considered as a Spin The Wheel Qualifying Transaction, Lucky Draw Qualifying Transaction or Qualifying Coffee Transaction for purposes of the Spin The Wheel Promotion, Lucky Draw Promotion and Coffee on Us Promotion respectively.       1 Spin The Wheel Promotion: Eligible Cardholders who charge a minimum eligible spend of $150 in a single transaction to their Registered Card will receive an SMS for the chance to win up to $100 cashback (“Prizes”) (via winning SMSes) if the transactions are amongst the first 140,000 eligible transactions during the Promotion Period (each a “Winning Transaction”). Eligible Cardholders are eligible for one unique URL sent via one SMS (“Spin The Wheel SMS”) with every Winning Transaction made. SMSes will be sent to the registered mobile number with the Bank to inform the Eligible Cardholders that the Prizes have been credited to their Registered Card by 31 August 2018.       2 Lucky Draw Promotion: To qualify for the lucky draw pursuant to this Lucky Draw Promotion (“Lucky Draw”), Eligible Cardholders must during the Promotion Period, meet the minimum spend requirement of S$6,000 in eligible retail transactions based on transaction date (“Lucky Draw Minimum Spend”) on their Registered Card: (a) from 16 May 2018 to 15 June 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“First Period”); and/or (b) from 16 June 2018 to 15 July 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Second Period”) (the First Period and the Second Period are hereinafter referred to each as a “Lucky Draw Spend Period”). Eligible Cardholders who meet the Lucky Draw Minimum Spend on their Registered Card during (i) the First Period, (ii) the Second Period or (iii) the First Period and the Second Period will be awarded with a maximum of one (1) chance per Lucky Draw Spend Period in which the Lucky Draw Minimum Spend was met. A total of one thousand (1000) $150 cashback prizes (the “Lucky Draw Prizes”) is available to be won in the Lucky Draw for each of the First Period and the Second Period. Each Eligible Cardholder is limited to one Lucky Draw Prize per Lucky Draw Spend Period. The Lucky Draw in relation to the First Period will be held on 18 July 2018 and, in relation to the Second Period, 15 August 2018. Cardholders that have won a Lucky Draw Prize will be notified by SMS no later than (a) 31 July 2018 if they have won a Lucky Draw Prize during the First Period and (b) 31 August 2018 if they have won a Lucky Draw Price during the Second Period to inform them that the $150 cashback that has been credited to their Registered Card account.       3 Coffee on Us Promotion: A “Qualifying Coffee Transaction” is a dining transaction charged to the Registered Card made at dining establishments overseas in foreign currency classified under the Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) of Overseas hotels (3501-3786 and 7011), Restaurants and eating places (5811/5812), Fast Food Restaurants (5814) and Pubs & Bars (5813). For avoidance of doubt, purchases from bakeries, supermarkets and catering companies that are not under the MCCs stated above will not be considered as a Qualifying Coffee Transaction for this Promotion. To qualify for this Promotion, the Eligible Cardholder must be within the first 10,000 cardholders to make a Qualifying Coffee Transaction within the Promotion Period and submit the 16-digit credit card number of the Registered Card and country name where the Qualifying Coffee Transaction was made (“Transaction Details”), via https://www.sc.com/sg/campaign/coffee/usage-redeem/. Eligible Cardholders who qualify for the Coffee on Us Promotion will receive $5 cashback, regardless of the amount that was spent on the Qualifying Coffee Transaction. An SMS will be sent to inform Eligible Cardholders that qualify for the Coffee on Us Promotion that the $5 cashback has been credited to their Registered Card by 31 August 2018.
