Step 4: Sign Sale & Purchase Agreement

  1. Sign the Provisional Agreement
    for Sale and Purchase and
    pay your initial deposit
  1. Ask your solicitor to prepare the necessary documents:
  • Formal Sale and Purchase Agreement
  • Assignment Deed and other documents
