Terms and Conditions of Standard Chartered Credit Card Instalment Credit Program (Extra Credit Line) Promotion

1. APR 1.85% is based on the loan amount of HKD1,000,000 and tenor of 12 months for selected customer. An APR is a reference rate which includes the basic loan interest rate and other applicable fees and charges of a product expressed as an annualised rate. This APR does not include CashBack.The Bank reserves the right to determine the applicable monthly handling fee, and to approve such application, which is to be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the client’s credit records and other relevant factors as the Bank may consider in its absolute discretion. All offers are subject to Terms and Conditions.
2. No document required for designated clients.
3. Subject to the current status of the credit card account during the period when such application is being considered by the Bank. For loan disbursement, it also subject to the handling of the receiving bank.
4. Daily loan interest as low as HK$8 is calculated with the loan amount of HK$100,000, tenor of 12 months and monthly flat rate of 0.23%.
5. The customer must hold a principal card of any credit card issued by the Bank before drawdown of the loan.​
6. Cooling Off Period:​
   – Within 7 calendar days immediately following the post date of the first instalment amount of the Instalment Credit Program (the “7-day Cooling-off Period”), the Cardholder may submit an early settlement request to the Bank through our Hotline at 2886 4111. Upon approval by the Bank, monthly handling fee of the remaining instalment periods of the Instalment Credit Program, administration fee equivalent to 1% of the Instalment Credit/Credit Cash amount or HKD300 (whichever is higher), and any application fee (collectively, the “Early Settlement Fees”) will be waived. However, the monthly handling fee* may still be levied on the Instalment Credit Program during the 7-day Cooling-off Period on a pro-rata basis. Final approval is subject to the Bank’s discretion.​
   – To early settle all outstanding Instalment Credit/Credit Cash amount during the 7-day Cooling-off Period and enjoy waiver of the Early Settlement Fees, the Cardholder shall repay all outstanding Instalment Credit/Credit Cash amount and any monthly handling fees incurred in full to the Bank within 7 calendar days from the post date of the first instalment amount.​
   – The Cardholder who has early settled all outstanding Instalment Credit/Credit Cash amount during the 7-day Cooling-off Period will no longer be entitled to any promotional offer in relation to the Instalment Credit Program.​
   – Each Cardholder may early settle all outstanding Instalment Credit/Credit Cash amount during the 7-day Cooling-off Period and enjoy waiver of the Early Settlement Fees ONCE ONLY in each quarter.

*This may involve extra credit line which is subject to the Bank’s final assessment.​

The Annualised Percentage Rate ranged from 1.85% to 36% and flexible repayment period of 12 to 60 months.
