Initiate Dispute Request
You may initiate a dispute request online via the Bank for reversing or refunding transactions under specific circumstances of the dispute resolution scheme, such as unauthorized transactions or failed delivery of goods/ services by the merchant after a one-off pre-payment.
For any transactions in doubt, you should raise the dispute within 60 days upon the statement issuance date.

Don’t have your physical credit card with you or want to start spending before your newly approved credit card arrives? If you have applied for your credit card online and registered for full digital banking services, you can check your CVV and expiry date online.

Temporarily block/unblock card
As an additional security measure, you now have the option to place temporary blocks on your cards and resume usage when desired.
All credit card functions, including online/offline transactions, mobile wallets, and ATM cash withdrawal will be suspended until you initiate an unblock. Pre-authorized transactions, including Octopus AAVS or direct-debit authorization (DDA) set up by merchants will not be impacted by the temporary block.

Replace Credit Card

Additional Authentication for Credit Card Online Transactions
Receive real-time notifications on your mobile for approval of credit card online transactions* by proceeding with additional authentication on your SC Mobile App.
Activate SC Mobile Key in your SC Mobile App, learn more here, and authorise the online transaction following the instructions in the app:
*Only participating online merchants will require additional authentication.
